A chunk of pineapple

Welcome to the first week of vegetation for my pineapple chunk! She’s doing fine, seems like she has some sativa-growing style😅 I mean It could change but the leaves seem quite narrow. I fertilise them pretty vigorous, as I want to know how much I can get out of my plants. I have the whole lineup from greenbuzz liquids, and right now I use growzyme, more roots, humic acid plus since a week and grow liquid since yesterday in a bit less concrentration. Welcome to the second week of vegetation for my pineapple chunk by barneys! All my plants love the current nutrition, no damages to see. A few days ago I spotted a thrips, so I sprayed spruzit once, should be done now. I shaved her first node, those first branches never get thick or strong, so the energy will be focused in the upcoming ones. Still I’m not quite sure which technique im going to do, maybe one time topping and then let them grow naturally without LST, I’ll need tocheck due to the limited space.

Im sorry for this shitty pictures this week. Wasn’t at home and non-plants fanatics don’t do 3 pictures of one plant😅 The pictures were made before watering, and the last watering was on Thursday so they might got a bit drought, at least that’s what it looks like to me... this week they just received organic grow liquid, would’ve been to complicated and long to explain the fertilisers. I transplanted them into 8 Liter fibre pots, which is perfectly fine! They fit really good, let’s see how it’s going in the next weeks as I’m not sure yet if I should not top them maybe, so they don’t get too wide... Sorry that this is just copy paste on all my plants this week, but from those pictures I can’t say that much, as the pictures were made before watering and I don’t know if they’re really healthy.. see you next week with better pictures and text😘

Welcome to the fourth week of vegetation for my Pinapple Chunk from barneys! With this week the better photographing is established😉 I topped them a few days ago and they all seem to thrive now. I also added fast buds from Greenbuzz liquids yesterday, let’s see if it really shortens the flowering time! I regulated the LED down to 25%, because I had the feeling that they were having light stress, now they look way more healthy. The upcoming branches are super small yet and will need a few days to establish and to find their place, but the chunk is growing good so far, so I’m not worried at all! But I’ll give her a week or so until she has more mass to produce huge branches in stretching😉 Talking about stretching, I thought about switching the light in 9 days, but maybe that’s a bit much, taking the fast growing of all my plants in concern...but I’ll give them at least 7 more days❤️ See you next week!

Welcome to the fifth week of vegetation for my pineapple chunk! She’s not as big as the others, but she should do fine... tomorrow I’ll switch the lights to 12/12, so basically that’s it for vegetation! See you next week!

Welcome to the first week of flowering for the pineapple chunk! I switched the light to 12/12 seven days ago and the stretch begins now. Sadly there’s a pretty poor branching on most of my plant, might be because the didn’t got defoliated and it got quite messy around my babies! I turned the LED on 100% now and hung her a bit higher, so there shouldn’t be light damage. They receive flowering nutrients now (organic bloom liquid) mixed with grow liquid. Next week it’s only bloom liquid. I really hope with the aggressive defoliation I did today, that the branches are going to bounce back and grow a lot more, otherwise the harvest might be way smaller than I thought... But other than that the pineapple chunk is doing fine, see you next week!

Welcome to the second week of flowering for my pineapple chunk! Quite a strange plant, grows weird and a bit short. I hope she’ll stretch a bit more, because otherwise she won’t yield chunks of pineapple, more like little slices😅 nothing more to report here, it’s going to be a tight grow, but I think I’ll manage it...

Welcome to the third week of ,,flowering“ after switching the lights. The nutrition seems to be too weak, I doubled the amount now. So far not that satisfied with green buzz liquids... I need to defoliate every three days at least, so it won’t get too tight in my tent. Pineapple chunk still has no signs of flowering, I need to be patient but still it’s pissing me off😠 See you next week😉

Welcome to the pineapple chunk! She grows really grazile with many small branches shooting off her nodes, but still no flowers... I’m quite interested in how she’s going to look in full flowering, might be many small buds, let’s see! I reduced the nutrition, but I keep giving them organic more pk to provide them with a strong nutrition. See you next week✌️

Welcome to the harvest report on my pineapple chunk! GROW: She grew pretty small and slow, with a grazile morphology. In flower she stretched quite much, still I needed to place her on a box to heighten her. The colours changed beautifully in late flowering, into purple/green/brown. Sadly she had quite a lot make flowers at the end of flowering due to stress, doesn’t really matter as so far I didn’t found any seeds in the buds. SMELL: 10/10 The smell is really amazing, quite like dr. Grinspoon! Citric with quite a spicy note, but also fruity. It definitely smells like a day-time strain already😅 SMOKE/TASTE: 10/10 The smoke is really smooth, and the taste is superb! It just tastes exactly as it smells, citric and fresh😍 EFFECT: 8/10 The effect is not the strongest nor the most special one I experienced so far. Music sounds way better and it’s quite an aesthetic high, which I really like. It also gives small waves of energy, without leaving you restless. I also experiences something I would describe as swings in motion, kinda ecstatic movement but still not maniac which I experience with some stronger strains. So overall it’s a really nice strain with an amazing taste and smell. Still its not a strain I would grow again. I hope you enjoyed this diary and hope to see you soon in my other ones:) Stay high!
