Welcome to the first week of flowering for the pineapple chunk!
I switched the light to 12/12 seven days ago and the stretch begins now.
Sadly there’s a pretty poor branching on most of my plant, might be because the didn’t got defoliated and it got quite messy around my babies!
I turned the LED on 100% now and hung her a bit higher, so there shouldn’t be light damage.
They receive flowering nutrients now (organic bloom liquid) mixed with grow liquid. Next week it’s only bloom liquid.
I really hope with the aggressive defoliation I did today, that the branches are going to bounce back and grow a lot more, otherwise the harvest might be way smaller than I thought...
But other than that the pineapple chunk is doing fine, see you next week!
Hey Doc! Weird to see it but I'd call it week 9 of flowering, checked a few of your first flowering weeks - and no pistils 'til week 9 surprised me quite a lot, I'm having similar issues with switching to flowering from time to time but it's usually 2 weeks of so called pre-flower and I f*ck them up before pretty badly because of the poor environment in the veg ten. And now I call it flowering only when I see pistils. Glad that you didn't cut her by the book like '9th week of flowering' when you count it since the switch. Might be too much on the nutes side since you said you were reducing it.. Anyways all the best and sorry for the intervention. I enjoyed smoking pineapple chunk a lot, hope you will too. Though probably I was cutting too early those days :-D
