Light has low electricity usage and heat output, so far perfect for small grow room/tent, not sure if 300w LED will give out enough light. Keeping the bloom button on to keep tempreture constant.

Growing ok, one smaller than the other. LST to keep level canopy, im not very good at it but will see how it works out. Increased nutrients and 24 hour lighting. Slight coffee like smell.

Growing nicely, not as level as I would have liked. Flowering has started. Change in smell, getting slightly sweeter, fills the flat with aroma when out of tent. Increased nutrients. Day 33 defoliation lower leaves.

Possible nutriant burn, white tips on some new leaves. Just giving water and calmag for a few days. Day 40, It turns out it was probebly just heat burn, Started nutrients again on and moved lighting up I'm not sure if was just my eyes but when i gave the plants just water and calmag the leaves drooped but when the nutrients are added they stay up. One Growing uneven and a few days ahead of other plant.

I would say you have stripped to much in the last pictures. She will be stressed but will recover over time. As it's an auto it's not recommended to go overboard with leaf stripping . It will definetly add more time to your grow as there is less photosynthesis taking place . But on the plus side it will get light to every bud site and airflow will be better . In future with autos you should get a good shape with LST in Veg first ,then only minimal(selective) defoliation is required in flower . The less stress the better.

Regretting the defoliation but still going ok, created 2 main colas on plant 1 with 2 slighly smaller and 3 main colas on plant 2 with a fourth slightly smaller both have several off shoots. plant 2 growing close towards the light, only have 20 cm to play with so hope it won't grow to much more, reduced watering because leaves started to droop when watered Day 51 noticed rust spots on plant 2, could be overwatering which i am decreasing. Increased Calmag just in case. Day 52, after 4 days gave 300ml water and leaves drooped for a short period of time, will leave it another 4 days. Day 56, watered 400ml water, no leaves drooping.

Growing upwards has stopped, lots of bud sites on plant 2, filled out a bit. Plant 1 is a few weeks behind plant 2 Day 58, day light pictures, I think there are some cloudy trichomes. Day 60, removed all lower undeveloped flowers to give more energy to the top colas

Still full of life in week 10, probebly because of the defoliation and or the lighting. No signs of any yellowing leaves, filled out on the top colas well, hopeing for more. will keep growing. Thank you for all the grow question answers, difficult to pick 1. I've done some investigation on flushing and seen the scientific evidence against flushing, i dont use high level of nutrients so gives me more options and im switching to 18/6 lighting. Have rust spots over several leaves, bin trying to keep as many on as possible, trimmed off the worst ones and increased calmag. Rust spots have increased, can see it on most leaves, added more calmag but not sure if there's much I can do at this stage of the grow.

I have 2 plants, When is best to start the finishing process, flushing etc?. Should I wait for the leaves to start turning yellow?

You still have some time before your plants are mature, so no need to panic just yet. I agree with what The8thChevron said, flushing is not super critical, giving plain water for the last 5-7 days before harvest is all that is really required. On the topic of leaves, please, please do not remove anymore healthy green leaves, your plant needs her maximum amount of leaves to produce the maximum amount of energy, so she can grow her maximum flowers. Each leaf is like a "solar panel", less solar panels = less energy = less growth. I would also recommend going back to 18/6, this is the optimum day length for cannabis, any more is basically a waste of electricity. Cannabis can only grow so much during any 24 hour period and growth tops out at about 18 hours. 18 hours was derived at through over 80 years of scientific research and is a fact, not a random number plucked out of thin air. Plants do also actually need to "sleep" and undertake certain metabolic processes that they can not do during "lights on" time. I believe 24 hours of light for days/weeks/months on end, basically amounts to plant "torture". Nowhere on this planet has any plant ever evolved to perform best under continuous lighting. I am sure your plant will not be able to produce fully developed cannabinoids while existing without "sleep". She is no doubt completely exhausted by now and under some certain stress, a condition that is not conducive to peak trichome production. Be kind to her and she will give you kind flowers. Continuing with a torturous non stop lighting schedule will produce tortured flowers. Going back to 18/6 will not effect your plant detrimentally, in fact she will probably respond by growing faster and healthier. And that is what it is all about - healthy plants = healthy flowers. Hope this helps, and sorry for the lecture, but I am acting in the best interests of your plant. Organoman.

Made a few mistakes though this grow which i will learn from. Looked the trichomes through a microscope, plant 1 mostly cloudy and glass, plant 2 mix of glass and cloudy. The colas have filled out well, still pushing for more. Major leaf issue, rusty through plant 2 and plant 1 getting worse, will increase calmag earlier in my grows next time and not defoliate Into flowering. Day 72, plant 1 has a mix of glass and cloudy with the odd Amber trichomes. Plant 2 has the same but less Day 76, more Amber trichomes on plant 1, she will finish few weeks ahead of plant 2 which has less Amber

Filling out even more, smell getting stronger. Trichomes are changing, not going to rush so will wait. Hairs turning red on both plants. Had to support a stem on plant 2, cola was getting heavy. The main cola is actually a stem after LST, shot out the bottom of main stem to become the main stem. Day 80, found a yellow leaf on plant 1, will see if this is the beginning of the end, trichomes are more cloudy on both plants Day 82. FLUSH TIME. Trichomes mostly cloudy on both plants. One week of just water and ready to chop and hang.

This was an interesting grow for my 3rd and 4th plants grown, learnt a lot. LST is a very easy option and can create multiple main colas. I have cut down plant 2, will cut plant 1 tomorrow. Trichomes all mostly cloudy and a few amber. I have a few questions to answer, did I damage the plant with defoliation in week 7?, could I have had a bigger yeild?. I have 2 more seeds so will look forward to playing with this breed again.

Learnt a lot from these 2 plants, easy to grow and a respectable yeild but could get more if I did a few things differently. The grow questions helped through the grow. I will add more to the harvest in a week or so. Day 91, cut down, buds are ok, plant 1 is stronger in the effects, it looked like it would be when growing, more trichomes. Overall nice grow and ok yeild at just under 3oz. Time for curing, hopefully see some improvement in taste and smell.
