Soaked the jiffy pellets until risen fully. Poked a hole in the pellet and dropped 1 seed per pellet. Have them sitting on a tray with water below (no contact) to increase humidity in the dome. All strains are separated and labeled.
Seeds popped this week 100% germination rate on all 3 strains. Pineapple chunk by Barneys farm was ahead by a few hours but all sprouted on day 5 within a few hours of eachother.
They had roots so put them in starter pots and used a sprinkle of root stimulator to get them going . Dome stays on with vents closed while they are seedlings to keep humidity up
Finally in veg phase. 1 of the hazes aren't looking too happy, might not make the cut. Other then that the rest seem to be growing strong. No nutrients as of yet. Dome was opened to allow the plants to get used to lower humidity air.
Plants grew a little bit in their new pots . Took the dome off after adjusting them with open vents for a few days. They will be receiving nutrients this next week. They were also topped this week at the third node.
Transplanted the plants this week, gave them a few days recovery and topped them at the third node to allow a more level canopy for flowering. Also recieved the first round of nutrients. 1tbsp per gallon of all purpose and 1/4 per gallon of worm castings
Plants were topped final time last week and recieved Gaia Green all purpose fertilizer. They are receiving water every other day and getting ready for a flowering cycle soon . Thick foliage developing and a nice level canopy for the LED lights.
This week I made a soil blend for the plants and transplanted them into 5 gallon fabric pots. Put them into the flower room and will let them sit for a few days to recover from transplant. They are all doing very well, thick foliage development and haven't had any deficiency occur in any of the strains.
Defoliated the plants after giving a few days for recovery from transplant they are going into a flower cycle now. Plants are looking strong and healthy !
