Week 11 and 18 inches tall? Something is definitely wrong. I grow pure Savita's and start them in flower when they are 6 inches tall. They end up being over 8 feet tall and 4 feet in diameter. They take about 6 months to fully mature and the 7.5 feet is all under Flowering. I'm commenting but, I don't know if you are willing to learn. Let me know because I don't want to come off like some know-it-all, giving my opinion to someone who doesn't want it. I can see you are trying but, if you've been watching others and taking notes, it sure doesn't appear to be helping. I've got over 30 years experience, both growing and breeding.
