Germination started at saint nicholas 😎
I hope he will bring me a good harvest.
5 seeds from Humboldt again, 707 headband, a sativa this time...let's see what it come out.😋
First week...so far so good
Only 4 plants out of 5 seeds...I have to admit that it was probably my mistake if the last one didn't gave a plant, I wasn't so precocious when I placed them in the 1l recipient...maybe I hurt it at that moment
Whatever, 4 others looking very nice. And since my growing tent is only 80cmx80cm 5 plants is sometimes difficult to arrange in the small space, 4 is easier...
I have a very good feeling since my last harvest 😎😎
Not much to say. All 4 plants seems to be fine. 2 are a bit smaller,i hope they will all get the same size soon. I am planning a short vegetation period, probably one more week and switch to 12/12 early next year. I have a good feeling 😎😎🤭
So far so good 😎
I moved the plants yo the 6.5L recipients. 2 are getting taller and 2 stay smaller,no idea why.
I did topping on all 4 plants, I hope it will help to control the size of the 2 tallest. I am happy for the rest so far, no problem at all😊😁
First week of flowering
They are all getting well...
The problem is about the size...I got 2 plants who stays very small like 20cm and 2 taller like 35cm. I thought the topping would help to get approximately the same size but it didn't. I am not sure about what it means...I will have to pay extra attention and watch them daily carefully because last time that a pkant jeep so small, the plant gave me some male flowers ☹️
Hopefully it won't be the case this time 🤞🤞🤞
Second week of flowering...so far so good...
Waiting for the first flowers to appear
Still a size issue...the tallest is around 55 cm while the smallest is only 30 cm☹️☹️
Still wondering the reason of this...
I will stay a few more days with the cfl lamp and switch to the hps during next week
One more week...I switched the light to the HPS lamp 250w. So far so good. I did a kind of folding, cropping on the advice of the budwhisperer to solve the problem of size difference. Now they all have the same size, and the 2 tallest seems to react well to the folding. I hope i didn't hurt the plants too much,i am sometimes a bit rough 😅😬
About 6 more weeks to go now...
This week was good. They are all wellafter the folding. I had to tie some because they were getting straight again. It's looking good now.
😎
Now, they drinking really a lot. I have to pay attention, I don't know if they need lots of nutrients or if I should give only water sometimes. Usually plants drink 1,5l every 4 days, those drinks 1,5l every 2 days.
I am planning to do some defoliation on the base in the coming days also...
So far so good as I like to say😎😊
So far so good...😎
I removed the lower leaves
They are growing well. Begin last week I found one male flower, i removed it...seems it's not coming back so far...
4 weeks left before harvest
I think it will be good 😁
Nothing special to report. So far,so good...
They all looking great. We're coming close to the end. Only 3 weeks left before harvest 😎
Next week is the last for the nutrients. 2 last weeks will be for rinse the plants
One more week. Everything is going well. It was the last week for the nutrients...2 more weeks to go before the harvest. I have a good feeling. All plants are looking well. Buds are getting really nice👌😎😋😋
Only gew days left before harvest...it's now day 60 of flowering 😊
All plants are looking great. The buds are heavy. Luckily they leaning on the side of the box so i don't have to use tutors for the last days. We're getting close of the end. I think the result will ne great 😎👌😋
Last week completed. I just cut the plants they are now drying. I think the result will be nice. Flowering was 65 days. All plants are looking great. Only 2 became purple, I don't know why.
See you in a few days for the final result😎😋
This strain was really pleasant to grow. I enjoyed. The plants were nice, buds were heavy. Smell was also really nice at the end of the flowering. Stronger than expected but my bull filter made the job 😎
I would definitely recommend this strain to the sativa lovers.
The final weight is about 10% less than expected. I have to admit that I was hoping for 200g...but the buds are really nice. And for only 12,5(3+9,5) weeks of work, I got 180g of high quality weed so I can't complain 😁
My growing space still a bit small. I still got an average of 45g on each plants which is acceptable.
I always heard that a good harvest is above 1g/1w/1m2, I am a little bit above 😁😅😎😎
If ur in soil than feeding nutes every other day should suffice until/if they start showing deficiencies. If coco - don’t lay off and feed every watering (generally speaking)
Lookn good dude and pretty uniform overall. You’re good to go for flower any time for sure👍. By the looks of it they’re gonna be classicly branchy and stretchy so probably a good idea not to wait too long.👌.
@TheBudWhisperer,
Yeah, you're right man. I will start the flowering probably Friday, the roots still need a couple of days before i can move them to the 6L recipient. Best wishes for next year
Maaan, if you havent grown this one before, youre in for a really really pleasant treat.
Did grow some 707 years back and recently decided to do a new batch, as it is such a nice smoke.
Happy growing and best of luck.
You could totally supercrop that main on the tallest now if you want to try and even out the heights. My guess is she’d take well to it at this stage. Just a thought. Good luck 👍
@TheBudWhisperer,okay...I thought supercropping was a mix between folding and fim cut😅
Thanks for the idea, I have seen you have a lot of experience, that's why i followed your advice...
And experimenting new technical is always interesting for learning and building experience...😎
At least they all have approximately the same size now 😅😁
@Hitman_schtick, if I’m understanding your meaning correctly and you’re “folding” the branches - that’s the same thing as supercropping👍. I’ve found the stress on the plant to be minimal during transition as well. I don’t think it would set back your harvest significantly. In fact, I’d bet money it would increase you’re yields instead😉
