Originally started two seeds with the paper towel method. One popped sooner than the other and was planted and sprouted. The other eventually popped but the tail was really short.. however I planted it anyway but it never sprouted..
Tried a third seed with a combo of soaking and paper towel methods.. again short tail and was planted but alas no sprout again..
These seeds however are about 2 years old and have been stored in the fridge.. also the temperature may have been a bit too cold for proper germination, or at least high germination rate..
But looks like we have the one seed germinated and sprouted and off to a healthy start!
Magnesium deficiency? PH problem? Other? How should I go about fixing this? Overall the plant looks healthy but the lower/older leaves are starting to get some spots.. I want to figure this out before it spreads..
I am gonna go with your soil ph is likely riding the line. Test what ph is of run off to see what substrate is at. Then if need to adjust add proper ph solution till desired run off ph. Lock out from ph can cause all kinda issues. Good luck and happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊
