Slightly more fungus gnats caught this week but still not as bad as it was.
I had to turn the exhaust fan up to the max because the smell is much stronger. My carbon filter isn't doing so great because the humidifier's white residue has plugged it up. I blew it out with a air compressor but I think it's to late. The smell inside the house isn't noticeable but outside you can catch a whiff every once in awhile.

It ended up being droopy from overwatering. When I transplanted them they were still moist but I also watered them in the new soil. I knew the roots were well developed from transplanting and the humidity at the time was pretty close to the correct VPD so the humidity wasn't far off. I ended up letting the moisture drop in the room also just to dry them out faster.
I hate those damn things.
Eventually I went nuclear on them by having something filter the intake, using more coco
(mostly now) and good fan pointed at them and i never get them anymore even with stupid vpd fluctuations due to weather sometimes.
