How far should I put 450w LED veg/bloom switches light away from my seedlings? Shown little to no progress last 2 out of 3 days of growth. Paper towel germination then into pellet placed on top of soil, popped fast. Added soil around pellet today with light spray, no swamp city

I would start with a 30cm distance and increase if plant shows overheating signs. Good air flow is also required. Too far : not efficient, plant will stretch and you won’t get many nodes Too close : burn risk and spectrum may not be diffused correctly

Kambi Starting to see the preflower and one of 3 is asymmetrical... worried it might turn out to be a hermaphrodite plant. Also scared to bend the stem to lst, don’t wanna snap it. Any tips on how to start lst with main stem foolproof much appreciated 😅 Should I let them dry out a little more then usual when bending or it’s not going to soften the stem? Should I counteract the top tension point of the bend with one on the bottom for support and do it gradually every day?

Kambi I’m here thinking if I should mix my growth n flower nutes first for smooth transition or just start feeding flo nutes and cut off the ones for the growth now 🤔 I’ve found trips traces n seen juvenile trips on one of the dahlia flower plants I have had in my tent. Plants have been removed from the tent, I don’t see any symptoms on my girls as for now. Should I spray them anyway? Or just wait and see? Plus my ac broke and they getting a lot of heat stress at day time 😭

Kambi I’m having a major(kinda) bottom fan leaves yellowing on 2 out of 3 girls 😭 can this be caused by heat or they lack of some nutrients? I started adding nutes every 3rd watering in the beginning n now it’s every 2nd watering. My soil is from guanokalong n it’s mixed with perlite and vermiculite 15:5:2. I’ve noticed further yellowing a day after ph water before the night I watered them with nutes. Plus it’s been pretty hot this past week here and my ac is broken and hopefully getting fixed on Saturday :/

Bottom fan leaves yellowing +more. Pics under week 6. I started adding nutes every 3rd watering in the beginning n now it’s every 2nd watering. Guanokalong soil mixed with perlite and vermiculite 15:5:2. Yellowing didn't progress after feeding. Shoul I be adding nutes more often?

Looking like a nite deficiency, you got some good answers so this is basically just repeating lol but flush good give it about 3x the amount of water you normally do let it cleanse our then wait until the pot is LIGHT like nothings in it then feed. Watch over watering though. No need to water until the pot is super light. Looking good though buddy! Good luck and keep growing! ✊🏻✌️🏻

You seem to have a good nute lineup. Can you maybe flush well to break up any buildup either with plain ph water, or add some sort of flushing agent like bushdoctor sledgehammer(or another variety) I think your yellowing would actually be down to roots or ph problems. The rest of the plants looking great though. Ooh also are you using RO water or tap? I know tap can have some of those micros that the bottled water lacks.

Kambi I don’t know by this point... what is the issue? It seems to be getting worse when I don’t add nutes at all when watering. Ph is always from 6.3 to 6.7 no more or less then that leaves just yellowing more and more every day

The yellowing *between* veins is magnesium deficiency. Cal mag with the water should help without hurting. https://www.growweedeasy.com/why-cannabis-leaves-yellow/#magnesium-deficiency by the way there are really good resources on that site for further diagnosis needs.

Any soil is just good enough for 3-4 weeks , after this all nutrients have been used/or/washed/or/have turned into NaCl. Thinking in week 5 to tweak and mix your nootz wasn’t the smartest thing to do, particularly when you have no experience and no EC/TDS meter 😊😉 Using only 0.15 ml/l of a 4-3-3 when they started to stretch sounds poor when you’re supposed to be not far away from max feeding. When cannabis plants stretch, they use a lot of Nitrogen, this is where you must make sure they have plenty enough, when the stretch is over the roots will only concentrate on P and K for the flowers and won’t absorb Nitrogen anymore. The plant is sacrificing the bottom to save the top and is moving its Nitrogen stocked in the leaves... So no need to worry as you can see she’s got plenty of stock, she’s gonna loose her leaves very slowly, one by one, a day after another, they will be no sudden death. Don’t try to fix the Nitrogen deficiency by nuking your plants with massive amounts of nutrients thinking it would help... it won’t. Just let it do her thing and keep on doing like your doing now, it will finish itself smoothly and you will probably won’t need to flush it.

Nitrogen deficiency is what it looks like to me. During flowering your plant will be using every bit of energy stores in their leaves, this can result in the yellowing you're seeing. However, if this worries you add a lil bit of (or lil bigger dose, if still applying) grow nutes this may help. Since were on the topic of nitrogen issues: If your leaves look nice and healthy, but the tips are curling downwards...that would be nitrogen toxicity and it's time to back off on the nitrogen some.

Buds are looking nice this week! It looks like your yellowing isn't going away. You might never get a handle on it this grow. You are about halfway through flower, and these problems aren't solved overnight. Not only that, but you will start to get a lot of leaf fade as the flowering continues. Try to minimize the problem using the advice given by some of the excellent growers on this site. Based on my reading, they've covered all sorts of remedies that should help a lot. Then just relax, and remember this experience for the next grow. The plants look healthy overall. You just have a stubborn problem that needs a solution. 😎

Ugh I feel like yellowing leaves is like 75% of all our problems on here lol. https://www.growweedeasy.com/why-cannabis-leaves-yellow/ Maybe this will help I saw you're PH-ing so maybe one of these other problems applies? Best of luck happy growing
