The Bakery Seed Co. - Creme Brulee
This one was a random freebie seed from a past order. I've never grown anything from bakery Seed Co. before so that'll be interesting! I know literally nothing about this strain at all... Here's the official blurb:
"With a Bloom time of 63 to 70 days from seed you can expect a yield of 0.8lbs/m2. This special cross holds a very euphoric effect and even better taste. The sweet signature smell from the Bakery can found late in bloom and can be very appetising to the senses. This genetic falls towards the indica dominant and has great bushy structure to match."
It sounds quite nice, but then the official blurb would, wouldn't it? Like I say, no idea on the strain, nor the breeder, so we're going in fully blind.
>> EQUIPMENT <<
I keep things pretty Lo-Fi:
3 Gallon Felt pot
Bio-Bizz Light Mix
Bio-Bizz Grow
Bio-Bizz Bloom
Bio-Bizz Alg-A-Mic
Fecida CR600 125w LED
I grow in the Space Cupboard, a broom cupboard in my kitchen with the walls wrapped in survival blankets. It's small, but it's stealthy and convenient.
>> GERMINATION TIMELINE <<
22/12 - Germinated 1 seed in between cotton pads soaked in a little water and closed up in a jiffy, then placed between two plates and put on the floor of my grow space to keep them warm.
23/12 - No tap root cracked yet, but I put the seed in the ground anyhow. I always learnt to not soak seeds for more than 24 hours, I don't know if that's true equally for weed too, but I just follow what I've always done with my veg.
24/12 - Misted gently a couple times a day just to keep the surface of the soil slightly damp and they popped this evening. I'll keep the humidity dome on until the first set of serrated leaves pop and then remove it. It's more for my benefit than the seedling, because my soil tends to dry out fast and I don't want to mist it 5 times a day.
@MrHightimes, Cheers man! I've not got any experience with this strain at all, so I'm quite looking forward to seeing how she goes. The random freebies are sometimes the most fun!
@OneDropOfTHC, Thanks a lot man! Absolutely, I try and look at every grow as a learning experience right now, so the easiest ones are not always the best from that perspective!
