Welcome back to week 3 of flower! The Creme Brulee is starting to really turn South at this point, so it's been and will continue to be a bit of a chore working out her issues I think.
Day 42 - Height: @ 46"
This plant continues to be a bit of a challenge. Trying to treat the deficiency I flushed out the pot using plain water and then made up a foliar feed with CalMag.
Cal/Mag Foliar Feed = 1ml/l Vitalink CalMag mixed up and put into spray bottle, then sprayed directed upwards so that the mist falls with the majority onto the underside of the leaves.
After this I just pruned off a lot of the really dead leaves and left her to it. She does appear to have responded quite well, I'll need to keep a close eye on her over the next week or so, but she should be good. If she responds alright, I'll re-introduce nutrients on her next feed at half strength and we'll go from there. Old growth isn't going to repair, but she should stop looking worse and new growth should look good, fingers crossed!
Day 46 - Height: 46"
Okay, so we might finally be there with this fragile lady. She still looks a little worse for wear, but seems to be recovering. I've trimmed off a lot of the necrotic leaves now and hit her with fresh nutrients in what should be a relatively clean soil after the flush and cal/mag treatment. Her buds are starting to fatten, so despite all the difficulties she seems ot be trucking on as best she could. Really at this point I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping she recovers well enough to make it through to harvest. If she nosedives again after all this, I may just toss her out and cut my losses, because I don't have the space for sick trees. One things for sure, I won't be growing anything from Bakery Seeds Co. again! 😆
Thanks for reading, stay healthy, grow well! x
@MrHightimes, Cheers man! I've not got any experience with this strain at all, so I'm quite looking forward to seeing how she goes. The random freebies are sometimes the most fun!
@OneDropOfTHC, Thanks a lot man! Absolutely, I try and look at every grow as a learning experience right now, so the easiest ones are not always the best from that perspective!
