I'm still waiting for the outdoor season but I have all prepared to grow medicinal cannabis with low THC (0.5-1.0%) and high CBD (10-14%).🌱💥They started grow at 17th of April.
Growing containers: 2x Root Pouch - fabric pots, 57 l
Growing medium: Biocanna Terra Plus 50l, BioBizz Light-mix 50l, Wormcompost 8l
Aerating the substrate: Perlite 8l
Basic Fertilizers: Growth: BioCanna Vega 1l, Flower: BioCanna Flores 1l
Fertilizer Accessories: Root Stimulator: BioCanna Rhizotonic 250ml, Mycorrhizal mushrooms🍄,
Guanokalong 1kg - bat guano ( good source of phosphorus, better taste)
Water source: Rain water💦 from the barrel (125l), pH - 5.5 or standing tap water pH 8.0
pH adjustment: Advanced Hydroponics of Holland pH -/ pH+
pH tester: General Hydroponics pH test kit
The plants are looking healthy but they pulled out a little bit. The Sun is not strong enough yet.
25.04. 2018. Today is very windy so I decided to move my plants inside of my house. I have one LED Phillips 6W - Equivalent 60W and 40W Halogene bulb.
28.4 They are in outdoor now.
The third growth week begins. Plants looking good but one is smaller. They have same fertilization scheme so I don't know why. We have summer in April. The temperatures is around 21-27 °C.
Day 20. I added a few photos at 6. of May.
Day 28. It was transplanting day. I mixed supersoil together and planted just one the plant because another isnt look good. I added mycorhizal shrooms to the soil and builded bamboo web for stability. Holy jesus NEW strain released from Dinamed seeds called Dinamed CBD Plus ( 15-20% CBD). https://www.dinafem.org/en/dinamed-cbd-plus/ I will definetely grow it next year :)

Day 35. I added wood straw on the top of the plant. One leaf is little burned by the pest called (SMC Spidermite control is the shit!) Day 41. Plant looks very nice and healthy😊Im happy
Day 54 (9.6.) Night photo of the beautiful plant. I added first nutrients on 7.6. and reflex aluminium foil on the wall. 13.6. I bought flower booster from Biocanna.
Hi growers :) I have question: How many litres of the nutrient solution ( water + Biocanna nutrients ) is optimal for 57 l flowerpot? And How often to add fertilizer per week? Thanks for the answers.
In soil you should fertilize no more than once per week, beware of dark green leaves, they are a symptom of too much grow nutrients.
As for watering, it not only depends on the size of the pot, but the size of the plant; the water you give the pot should be enough for the plant to use it in 4 to 7 days at most, anymore than that and the soil will stay damp too long: i) the wet soil will attract bugs, ii) the roots will have trouble getting oxygen, literally drowning the plant making it grow real slow.
A pot of soil usually holds around 20% of it's volume in water, so 57 liters of soil would need around 11 to 12 liters of water to be fully saturated (maybe a bit more), but if your plant is too small to use all this water, it could be disastrous).
Also, I would stop feeding and let the plant get whatever it needs from the soil; resume feeding once you notice the first symptoms of deficiency, 57 liters of soil should lasts the plant quite a while (11 liters of soil lasts me 7 or 8 weeks before needing liquid fertilizer).
How to tell when to water? When the plant needs water, you will notice the leaves will become droopy.
I would water with 2 liters, and check the plant daily for how long it takes to use that much: top soil feels dry? leaves droopy looking?
Hi growers:) I have a question: Is it healthy have very dark green leafs? I know is it too much nitrogen and I have to stop use it but I still like it than have yellow leafs. Thank you for the answer.
31.07. (Day 102). She is the beauty monster! No yellow leafs just green goo. No pests. Thnks to Biobizz LEAF COAT. She smell spicy and earthy. 1.8 I sprayed Leaf Coat on leafs.
Hi growers! Im little bit disappointed by my grow because she is started to yellow from the bottom! Many leafs are gone. Do you have any idea what Im going wrong and some solution to make her getting better? She isnt in flowering stage yet. Thank you the answers!!
First of all, holy vegetation! Wow, that one bushy plant you have there. The yellowing of the lower leaves could be due to lack of light penetration. You may want to try some defoliation to allow better light penetration to see if that helps. But everything looks really good to me from the pics. Good luck 👍
Day 116. (14.8.) I bought Canna PK 13/14. I added Trichoderma Harzarium about 0,8 g for 4l of water. Hope she will recover soon from the yellowing of her leafs.
Day 126. 24.8. Im little bit sad bacause she is going to yellow. Many leafs are gone. I dont know what im doing wrong. I added PK 13/14 and nothing change.Do you guys any idea how to resolved this problem? She is still not blooming yet! Thank you very much! I moved plant to the ground Hope She will be ok now!!
5.10 Day 167. She is smell orangey and fruity. Lovely purple colours. 32 days in flowering stage. Dinafem says that she need 60 days to complete the flowering stage. She will be ready to harvest at 3.11.

Hi @Betagemini! If it's not strain related, then dark leaves are a sign that something bad is happening (usually N-toxicity). However your plant's leaves don't seem too dark to me, they look healthy and praying the light perfectly. Keep us up-to-date and happy growing with this outdoor monster! 👊

@Betagemini Hi there! I always water with ~20% of the container's size, this gives me a small drain and the plant usually drinks it in 2 to 3 days. So I repeat this operation twice a week. But since you're outdoor, you should also consider rain, humidity and sun to adjust your watering schedule. I add nutrients everytime I water unless a flush is really necessary. 57L pot ... you can't overwater, or maybe if you pour 20L in it every day...
BIO Canna is safe enough to use following manufacturer recommendations, Canna research lab always study their chart and never exceed 1100ppm / 2.2mS. Just don't feed on every watering, give them plain pH'ed water between 2 feeding and it will be alright 😉
