I think this week will be the last week of a majority of nutes for these girls. I’ll likely do a week of ripen, then I’ll start to flush.
Been doing some research regarding the “burnt” crispy, curling upwards leaves at the top of plants. I could not nail down an exact nutrient deficiency, always looks like it could be 2 or 3 different things. BUT, in my search I came across light burn specific to LED lights and I have to say it’s pretty damn convincing. There is no bud bleaching, just top leaves are affected. Unfortunately I can’t raise my light any higher so I was forced to reduce intensity to around 75%. It’s too early to tell, but fingers crossed it mitigates the issue.
One girl, the showcase, is doing much better than the other two. All three are coming along just fine however.
Just a few more weeks and I can stick a fork in this run. Thanks all!
Apologies TB! I missed this one…thanks a million, it was a good run. First relatively successful one with a decent yield! I’m just so proud of this one😢👍
Indeed, this was a good run! Denser this time around too. I appreciate your tips and feedback, every little tweak helps for sure. How’d you make out with yours? I hadn’t seen an update on how that zkittlez auto did. Take it slow bro.
@Guwap1337, I set the light at about 25%-30% while in early veg, around week 3-4 I’ll turn up to 50% and see how plants react. If they respond well, I’ll keep it there until transition to flower and then slowly creep up to 75%. I will not go to 100% until they are well into flower. Kind of a long way of saying I slowly dial things up from veg to flower and let the plant tell me if it’s too much. I’ve had to play around a bit to figure it out.
