She had a bit of transplant shock from re-poting to her final home and I made a big mistake of having her leafes resting on the wet clay balls. Obviously being wet and then drying out has burnt them. So the last few days have been slow progress but it's taught me something.

I have the same light. About 30" to deliver 400 ppfd. After the second week, you can go down to about 24" to deliver 600 ppfd. 20-22" during transition to flower, then 18" during flower to deliver 900 ppfd. If you're ever unsure, find the light on Amazon, there's a ppfd map on there. Placement of your plants in relation to the center of the matters. Look up the map and you'll see what I mean, they look like a grid with numbers inside. If you use CO2, you can go up higher on the ppfd and put the light a little closer.

By the end of this week she had recovered from the transplant shock and being burnt by wet leaves. I think it's definitely stunted her by about a week behind though. Just starting to notice her smell.

I've seen a lot of people using these clips to train their girls and most of the results looked amazing. From how much she has branched out I thought I had to do something for her to help light penetration. I was seriously scared I was going to snap some branches while doing it but I safely managed to get her 10 main branches done that the clips would fit on. Now my main problem is they are all facing downwards and literally laying on the clay balls which gave me problems when she first started growing.

Day 39 I normally only get to check on her once a day and by this time she's already showing she needs a drink. Today I had a quick look just after lunchtime and she was looking good. All leaves nice and stiff aming for the light. I'm going to start giving her more water each time, increasing by 100ml, hoping that keeps her going better until the next watering. Day 42 ending the week by reaching 14 inch tall. My temperature kept nearly reaching 30°c this week so I got a 100mm usb computer fan and put it on top of my light, blowing the air downward to cool the light. It has helped a bit by lowering the temperature by between 3-4°c for the last couple of days.

I've had a busy week and neglected her. I've only had time to quickly water her but by the end of the week she's looking like the nutrients are starting to help.

Day 53. Still haven't had as much time to check in on her this week, just watering. She's looking a whole lot better now. I definitely left it too long before I started giving her nutrients but it's my first grow and I wanted to see why everyone uses so much stuff so early on in their grows. Now I know better for next time so I'm happy.

She's now reached 24 inch tall. Still keeping the light 18 inch above her because a lot of her leaves in direct light view look really light in colour compared to the leaves underneath. I'm not sure if it's light burn or just bleaching from the light. At the moment she's probably got about 10% orange hairs.

My phone is near enough dead so I haven't been able to get many pictures or get on Grow diaries as much. She's coming on really nice I think. She's had a few problems in her life but hopefully she's coming up to a nice finish soon.
