The babies have started to take off. The seeds for this grow came from Nukeheads.com. Not much to see here but they are growing at a good rate. Lets go!
I used a little lst this week. I used a spike made out of a hanger with a curve on the end to pull the main stem down to the side. I also remove any leaves blocking the bud sites. I try to do this throughout the grow without being to rough.
This is around when I felt like the soil nutes were used up so I began feeding. I added the scrog netting because the first time I grew this strain under the 400W HPS they were gigantic. Turns out not so much this time grown under my new Spider Farmer 4000.
This is just the beginning of week 6. I just put a scrog net on. Let me know if you guys think I should defoliate some right now. I'll probably end up not defoliating as heavy this grow.
The bud sites this week are starting to set up around the plants. Everything is looking good and these grows are pretty much on cruise control. Well, aside from mixing ferz. I love fox farm lineup but I may try something different for the heck of it.
Everything is going pretty swimmingly. The canopy is nice and even and the growth seems to still be plenty healthy. Added a second scrog net wich again wouldn't be needed.
Well on 1 of the plants i'm experiencing some pretty fast yellowing. It has been going on for a little over a week now. I tried to up the nitrogen to stop it but I think it will hold on long enough to produce some decent buds. Plenty to say but I won't be long winded.
I did a heavy feeding to try and stop the yellowing on the one plant. I stopped it but it's too late for her. It will still put on some buds though. there is a little life left. The other 2 seem to be doing great. Also cut away the scrog nets. Just looks cooler if nothing else lol.
!Opinions! Are these auto buds where they should be at day 68. There is a 2x4 in the picture for comparison and they are in 5 gallon pots if that helps with estimating size from pic.
Every strain will have different sized flowers, so comparing your plants flowers with flowers from plants of a different strain is pointless, besides, what are you going to do if someone says your flowers should be bigger or smaller? They are what they are.

Ok all is going well and they are starting to pack on bud. I'm starting to think this is going to turn into more of a 90 day thing lol. On the one hand I stopped the yellowing on the one plant but it was very late. Just like I thought though she is still growing. The one in the back is hiding some great buds. Front right needs to go for more time for sure. For some reason it was later flowering and behind the others. Having fun with the spider light experiment.
And then there was one. Not a whole lot to say. This is the last of the 3 girls standing because for some reason she was just slower at maturing and needs more time. I changed from fox farm lineup to advance nutrients / golden tree. Fox farm has really served me well over the last few years and is very impressive as a ferilizer.
Well I was in dire need of some green to smoke and was tired of paying high dispinsary prices so I went ahead and harvested the plants. It's some really good smoke!
@Syrunz, hellz ya. i'm tryin. I took a early sample the other day and the bud just looks like it's coated in sugar lol. Crystals galore! Intense high also. Kinda psychadelic effect.
@Syrunz, thnx. I'm just glad that after you get a few full grows under your belt you become way more patient. I don't mind waiting for them to grow anymore and I don't stare at them all the time like I use to lol
@Smokwiri, Thnx. I hope all goes well. This is my first grow with the new spider farmer lights I bought. These lights have amazed me already. I can already tell they are quality.
IMO The fan leafs life cycle is over. The plant has used all the stored nitrogen, it yellows, dies and fall off. The fan leaf starts as a huge photosynthesis factory, then when in flower it turns to a giant nitrogen capacitor and stores the nitrogen for the large demand for the start of flower. Once the plant has used all the nitrogen the fan leaves yellow and dies. The fan leaves fall off to naturally let more light into the bud sites. That is where the defole comes into play. Everybody has a different style of defole. I am not saying you do not have a deficiency going on as well.

Hey there, how you liking the nukeheads genetics? I get a SERIOUS slimeball feel from Cody but I bought a bunch of his stuff on the sale he had recently and was curious about his genetics. Also how do you like the sf4000? I sent it back for 4 xs1000s and about 200 BACK in my pocket lol(after using multiple spiderfarmer lights and viparspectra lights, I gotta say viapr takes the cake as far as the pro or xs against the sf series.

Look how many times he was slipping up and almost admitting he's the owner of the company he's trying to act like he buys from and gets great service from lol. Like you know you're a bum when you have to go in videos acting like a customer of your own company and talk up the company because nobody else will do it for you.
