Hello, and Welcome to my grow Diary! In this episode, I will call episode 2, we will be growing Sweet Seeds Tropicanna Poison F1 Fast Version in hopes to have some beautiful and potent Red Flowers. I really love colorful strains, purples are always a favorite of mine. So when I heard of a red strain I had to try it. I'm fairly new to growing as well so I expect to have some hiccups along the way. I did not intend to document this until I realized I had a red/purple pheno, that and after looking through a bunch of grows on here I don't see many with the red or purple like mine. So I figured I would share my beautiful plant. Here's where we begin On October 30th I planted 2 seeds. I planted them directly into root riot cubes in a tray and covered with the dome. They were watered with ph 6.5 tap water November 1st both had germinated and began their journey That's all for now. Please follow me! Thank you for checking out my grow!

Welcome back! So here we go, Week 1 Veg November 1st - November 7th Basically she grew well! The Mars Hydro TS-1000 is set at 55% power Had to add a little ph 6.5 tap water water to the tray every few days. My tap water has a ppm of around 250 and PH of 9.5 - 11 (Just throwing any information I can for documentation) I opened the air flow vents on the dome a few days after they sprouted, slowly opening each day until fully open. Have some nice roots coming out of the root riot and will transplant to a 1 gal nursery pot the beginning of next week. Overall everything is going as planned. Bwhahahahaha (evil laugh) I didn't take many picks through veg, but her beauty in flower will make up for it. Thanks for checking out my med grow, follow and like please, see you next week!

Hey! Welcome to Week 2 Veg November 8th - 14th I'm sorry, no pictures of the girls this week, I know, it sucks. I did take a pic of my sweet, low cost set up for veg. Its pretty basic. I have a cheap exhaust fan, 2 Mars Hydro ts1000s. A oscillating fan, and a 4x3 tent. I also us a inkbird temp and humidity controler. My temps stay pretty good, and humidity is controlled with humidifier Ok, back to the ladies! On the 8th I transplanted to a 1 gal nursery pot. I like to use 45% FFOF, 45% Happy Frog, and 10% perlite I water her in with about 400ml of ph 6.5 tap water Nothing significant happened this week, she showed minor signs of stress from the transplant and began growing right away. TS1000s are now set at 75%. They were stretching a bit so I turned it up a little and lowered it down to about 24 inches from the plants. Thats pretty much it for this week. Thanks for the likes and follows! Until next time Peace ✌️

Welcome to Week 3 of Veg! Everything is going great. Only one pic from this week. I started feeding using fox farm nutes. I am just following the recommended feeding schedule. I try to water and feed so that they are ready to water and feed in about 3 days. I start out at about 300ml of water at the seedling stage, and go up each watering. By the time I get to feed, about week 3, I need about 1000-1500ml of water. So I'm feeding 600ppm, 1500ml per plant for the first feed Then I will use a water feed water schedule from now until harvest Lights still set at 75% That's about it. Next week I will be training. I planned to start on week 3 but I had been working alot a just got behind. Well I hope you enjoy my diary so far, kinda boring till I get to the good stuff but hang in there, we're almost there! Welcome to Week 4 of the Veg! November 22 - 28th Have a few pictures this week. I added a picture of the second seed I planted with this one. I'm not going to show much of it because it was behind the other in flower, and it has yet to show any red or purple. To be honest after the first one turned color I didn't think much of the second. My only thought was, I would have lots of red and purple buds! Anyways I'll throw in a few comparison photos along the way. As for my favorite plant to date, she is doing well. I like to use low stress training to get an even bushy canopy. First I used grafting tape(works great for me) to secure the trunk. Then I used a second tape piece to tie the top down exposing the lower branches to light. After a day they recover perfectly and continue to grow Thats it for week 4. Thanks for checking out my med grow!

Week 5! November 29th - Dec 5th We are getting close to flower now! Week 5 I don't have much for pics On December 5th I transplanted to 5 Gallon smart pots. So they really did not like getting transplanted this time. We will see how they recover next week. I did a little more training every couple days, trying to get an even bush I also did some slight defoliation. Basically anything that touched the soil was taken out Thanks for checking out my med grow! See you next time Peace

Welcome to week 6 Veg! Dec. 6th - Dec. 12th She is not very happy right now. Just waiting for her to come back and we will be going into flower. All my other plants are experiencing the same attitude so I'm pretty sure its due to the transplant. I also turned the TS1000 to 100% That pretty much wraps up week 6 Veg. Next week we will dive into flower! Thanks for checking out my med grow! Peace

Im super excited! Flower week 1 Dec 13 - Dec 19th December 13th I moved the first Tropicanna Poison to the flower tent. She will share a tent with other flowering plants. The tent is a 4×8. There will be a Mars Hydro TS3000 over her 4x4 side and 2 SP3000 on the other side. I am truly sold on the sp3000. I can't wait to get 2 more to replace the ts3000 At the beginning of flower I did do a flush before starting the flower nutes. Within a week of flower she was beautiful and starting to stretch. I continued some light defoliation of leaves blocking bud sites, and off of the bottom So far no signs of flowers Thats all for this week, please like and follow if you enjoy my diary Peace

Welcome to my grow diary! Week 2 Flower Dec 20th - Dec 26th Week 2 has been very exciting! We have some flowers and we have some color! She has been growing vigorously, and very healthy during her stretch. I did a final defoliation of the lower buds and leaves She is drinking close to a gal a day now The start of these flowers are beautiful to me. I've never seen color start from the middle like that. I've not grown many either as I'm still a beginner. That's all for week 2 flower If you like what you see please follow and like Thank you for checking out my med grow! Peace

Welcome back! Week 4 Flower Jan 3rd - Jan 9th I now have her in the new tent, seems to be doing great in there so far. Its a 4x3 like I used in veg, with a Mars Hydro sp3000. I choose this light because the par tests on this light will cover a 4x3 just fine. My plants are loving it. Really didn't pay much attention this week due to work, and she looked beautiful every time I check. Colors are amazing, and she prays to the light! The white hairs coming out of the purple looks amazing to me I'm just watering every 3 days or when the pot feels light. And alternating feeding. I used to feed about half strength with my very first grow because I read thats all they needed. I ended up with all kinds of yellow leaves and problems I could not ever figure out how to correct. With this run I have followed the feeding schedule, using a ppm meter to make sure its not too strong. I ph everything to 6.5. The plants love it. They get slightly burned tips but it has not got worse than this. Next weekly update will have lots of pictures! Thanks for checking out my med grow Peace

Week 5 Flower Jan 10th - Jan 16th Still looks amazing, no problems, not even a single leaf. Starting to get hella frosty, and smells like fruity deliciousness if you touch her. As far as the smell in the tent, its not very strong. Still watering every 3 days. I use about 3 gallons each water/feeding I had quite a few pictures this time. The color looks even better in real life. Its not as light of purple/red i would have expected but it is amazing and I can't stop staring. That sums up week 5 flower Have a great day! Peace

Welcome! Week 6 Flower Everything going great. She loves her life! Color is amazing. I am very interested to see how the buds will look dried. Cut back on the nutes. This strain is supposed to be a 6-7 week strain I thought, but I will go by the trichome color. Right now she looks like she will definitely not be ready in a week. That's ok though, I got nothing but time. That concludes week 6 Thank you so much for checking out my med grow! Please like! Peace

Welcome! Week 7 flower! I'm dying in anticipation. Part of me just wants to stare at it forever, because I'm pretty sure the color will get darker when its dried Pistols are turning orange top, so getting closer. I took a few videos this time. One shows the Mars Hydro lights, and my tents I'm using. The other is the best I could do to capture the beauty of this plant. I wish I had a tent full of only her. I cut way back on nutes, I only plan to feed one more time and will be checking the trichome color next week. Overall I'm super happy 😄 If you have some colorful grows going let me know and I will check it out Thanks for checking out my med grow, see you on week 8. Hey! Welcome back Week 8 flower January 31st - Feb 6th This week has gone great. Mouthwatering and I'm stuck staring most of the day. I flushed at the beginning of this week. I see a few amber trichomes so I'm getting very close. Middle of the week she still don't need any water.. She is slowing way down now. By the end of the week she is starting to fade from the dark green leaves to a lighter green. Most of the pistols are orange now. Next week she goes in the dark for a few days, then I will harvest! So excited! Thanks for checking out my med grow! Like and follow if you are enjoying this diary.

Welcome to the Harvest! The last few days she really started to loose color. I took a lit of trichome pics, the clear pictures I got posted above were not showing much amber, but looking at all my photos the amber trichs where about 5-10% I probably should have waited another week but I was out of meds and can't afford dispensary prices Overall I was very happy with the grow. Tropicana poison was super easy to grow, even for a beginner like myself. The plant was mesmerizing in flower. The colors were insanely beautiful, and she smelled like tropical fruit dreams. Once dry most of the red colors are gone and I have very dark, beautiful purple buds. The density is nice in the larger buds. I am for sure saving some of this as it's the only plant out of 4 that turned this color. The others are much lighter purple, and the leaves never turned like this on did. All of the phonos I got were like growing different strains, and this is my only complaint. Other than that they were all delicious, covered in frost, and exotic. I give them 5 out of 5. Give me actual red flowers and I would give it a 10 out of 5 lol. I really enjoyed sharing my med grow! I will have more in the future! Thank you for tuning in, big thanks to all who liked and follow!!!
