First Grow Auro Gelato

RootsForNoobs Restarted the dairy. Decided to split the two strains into single diaries. First week started slow, but all hope is up for my first ever grow. I am used to growing lots of indoor plants like chillis and pepper’s. Let’s see how this goes 😁 Day 7: time for some nutrients, just a mild solution of root juice 1ml/L

RootsForNoobs New week, growing a bit slow compared to a lot of other diaries but hey 👋 bet she’s gonna be a strong one ☝️ Day 12 update: slow startup because I didn’t wash the coco before germination the seeds. Runoff ec was at 1,6 😲😲 bad coco form ugro (labelled pre-washed) Added some Great White Microbes today. Hopefully I’ll get som vigorous growth out of it.

RootsForNoobs New week and looking good so far 😁🙏🏼 Soon she’ll be big enough to start lst Day 18 update: lowered the light down to 2 feet today. Let’s see how she feels about that 😁 Day 19 update: Starting with LST today. Really hard stems on here. Good sign I guess 😁

She’s reacting really nice to the lst and it looks like she will be a short and bushy one 😊 Day 23 update: she is bouncing back really nice after yesterday’s LST Day 25 update: Did a little more lst today. She is really turning out nice I think

RootsForNoobs New week and I’m just doning som Lst corrections daily and waiting for her to flower. Soon she’ll flowers and I’m starting to smell a sent in the tent already 😁 Day 31 update: Did som minor defoliation today. Day 32 update: finally starting to flower 🙏🏼😁 let see where this takes us 😮 Day 33 update: she is growing really fast now and stretching a lot 🙏🏼

RootsForNoobs New week and show is looking wonderful 🙏🏼😁 Day 40 update: The Gelato is really showing great signs of health. Growing strong and vigorous. I’m really considered about the space I have and it will unfortunately not be able to grow to its fullest potential.

RootsForNoobs New week and I’ve noticed a stun in growth since last time I defoliated 4 days ago. Will let her grow in place now and stop training for the moment 😊

RootsForNoobs New week and the gelato got some more worms castings today. Probably the last feed until harvest 😊 Day 53 update: lots of pistils growing but no trichomes yet.

RootsForNoobs New week and I think it’s the last one for this gelato. Just watching it change colours day by day and enjoying the smell it produces 😁

RootsForNoobs Wonderful strains to grow! Really meaty and bushy plant that will need a bit of defoliation. Smells amazing and very hard and thigh flower structure. Hade a bit of problems with P deficiency in flower transaction, she needs a lot of P when going in to flower. Hade to place the 3 plants in a 80x80 cm tent and under the 150w light it didn’t get to it’s full potential unfortunately. Harvested total: 🌳 Gelato 111g Gorilla/cookie 98g Jack herer 33g Not bad for a 150w light in a80x80cm space. Can’t wait so see what I pull from a 300w with this setup 😃 Did like the Biobizz lineup a lot. Simple to use and very forgiving. 29/4 update: Curing for the moment. Will update with smoke report.
