Panama Reg Seed
Ace Seeds Panama
2nd March 2021
I am fairly certain that the small nubs forming on the plant are indeed Male pollen sacs ๐
I could be wrong but thats what it looks like to me .
If that is the case and it's a male , I will let it flower elsewhere to collect pollen to be used at a later time ๐
It has a nice sativa look about it that could be passed onto a willing recipient .
Cheers for stopping by ๐
Keeping an eye on this one - hope it turns out to be a girl! Panama is one of the strains I'm looking at growing next - trying to pick between Bangi Haze, Congo, Panama and Tikal :/.
Good luck!
@Lazuli,
Its the proces woth colidale silver that makes the genes weaker. A respected brand with expertise that goes back to the '80s or '90s is for that reason more reliable i think.
But even they cant garantee you its uniformaty of there plants.
Every seed is a bit different from the other. So eventually, motherplant with clones is the most uniform way to work. But it takes time and a bit more space.
Regulars are back!!!

@Grey_Wolf,
You are so correct about the reg fem seeds. We are made lazy by being able to buy feminized seeds. But theres always a backside to that comfort.
In dutch we have a saying that goes: its a knife that cut at both sides.

I've grown 2 panamas,one male and one female,none of them looked like this.Leaf shape and color are unique.This must be a special phenotype, definitely a keeper even if it is a male.You know what you are doing mate,keep it anyway.
