Autoflower Closet - Mephisto Strains

obamna Most seeds survived the first week. Unfortunately, Skywalker #2 did not make it and Chemdogging #2 struggles too. The other plants are growing fast and are healthy.

obamna The plants are growing healty and at a good rate. Chemdogging #2, which had problems germinating, is still growing. so I decided to keep the plant growing. I will top the 3 biggest plants next week, if possible. I will start to do some LST shortly afterwards, so I can keep the canopy at one level and spread it out a little bit to avoid the l a r f .

obamna This week, I topped all plants except Chemdogging #2 and I started LST. So far, the plants are taking it good. HubbaBubbaBear is transitioning into flower already, her first pistils are coming. She also emits a lowkey scent already. I expect the Skywalker plant to start flowering next week. Chemdogging #1 is a few days younger than Skywalker & HubbaBubbaBear, she's growing pretty good. Chemdogging #2 starts to take off finally. It was a good decision to keep her, I think I will get a couple of grams from her at least. I will probably not train her in any way. By the end of next week, I think all plants except Chemdogging #2 will start to flower or will be pretty close to flowering judging by the looks of them.

obamna All plants except Chemdogging #2 are in pre-flower now. Exciting, because I never had plants that were that fast to flower. The plants are growing with great vigor and they are looking pretty healthy. There are no deficiencies as of now. The growth is really good, there is no excessive foliage yet, there's no need to defoliate heavily like the Green Gelato I've grown previously. I'm excited to see how the plants will perform in flowering mode, in the coming weeks. Hopefully, those Mephisto Genetics will live up to their hype.

obamna All plants except Chemdogging #2 are in flower now. They are shaping up very nicely and the closet smells kinda sweet already. These genetics are really fast as of now.

obamna All plants are in flower now, finally! The plants are in good shape and so far, there were no deficiencies. I increased the Bio-Bloom dose carefully to 1ml/L, that should be enough for now. HubbaBubbaBear had a branch which showed fasciation. I removed it because the look of a branch with fasciation DRIVES ME INSANE and it was a lot of stem anyways. Skywalker is pumping out plenty of trichomes already, HubbaBubbaBear too but not as many trichomes as Skywalker. Chemdogging #1 stretched quite good, she's the biggest plant in the closet now. I'm doing a bit of LST with Chemdogging #2. I want to spread the two main colas apart so they don't interfere with each others light.

obamna My plants developed some deficiencies but she's still doing her thing. Skywalker is pumping out trichomes like crazy already. The other plants are also developing very nicely. Can't wait until they are finished!

obamna All plants are flowering pretty hard right now. The weekly progress is insane! Never had such a quick grow before. HubbaBubbaBear is the best smelling of all. I would describe her smell as fruity chewing gum, but with haze-like undertones. Her lower buds are really massive, due to the plant's structure. I expect her to finish shortly behind Skywalker. This plant developed smaller deficiencies, but she's manageable and it does not seem to bother her. Skywalker developed some bigger deficiencies but she is the quickest progressing, so I think she's just using all that energy to finish in time. Her buds are not affected in any way. Despite her small buds, they are pretty dense. She is the densest plant in the closed and her open structure allows her lower buds to grow dense too. Chemdogging #1 is producing some serious frost. She's not as affected by deficiencies as Skywalker and HubbaBubbaBear yet. She is the biggest plant in the closet and she developed many bud sites. Most of them have good exposure to light, I think she will be a heavy yielder. Chemdogging #2 is slowly catching up. She is as big as Skywalker now and she is starting to produce trichomes. These genetics are really good and they hold up to their promises as of now. Mephisto claims, according to their strain guide, that Skywalker could be harvested after 65-70 days. I think this is absolutely possible. Also, the growth pattern matches with the description in the strain guide. Chemdoggings growth description checks as well. It's crazy how stable this genetics seem, that only makes me more excited for the end product.

obamna This is week 9 and Skywalker is nearly finished already. Almost all her fan leafs are dead and her nugs are dense. I think I can chop her sometime next week judging by the trichomes. Never had such fast plants! HubbaBubbaBear is closely behind, but she ripens rapidly too. Chemddoging #1's buds are swelling and she is starting to ripen. Chemdogging #2, as usual, is a few weeks behind bud she developed some nice bud sites too, considering how she looked like at the beginning.

obamna HubbaBubbaBear is ready to chop very soon. He smells really fruity and her buds are pretty big. Chemdogging #1 developed a nasty smell ngl, smells like a nasty, stanky chemical smell. I think she will need 2-3 weeks until she's ready to chop. Chemdogging #2 smells pretty fruity as of now, I wonder if she will get as stanky as Chemdogging #1. This plant is way behind the others, I think she will need at least 3-5 weeks until she's ready. Overall, all plants are fading nicely.

obamna The plant unfortunately produced only 7g. She was really quick (~ 65 days) The buds are high quality imo and dense but the effort was just not worth it. I think should have topped her later than the other plants. This being said, I want try to grow Skywalker again soon because she is one of my favorite strains. I will let her grow bigger next time. I think this strain thrives especially under a strong light so that she can take as much light as she can in her short life cycle. As soon as I have a new LED-Panel, she will be grown again.

obamna HubbaBubbaBear got chopped down this week. The Chemdoggings are remaining. Chemdogging #1 is swelling up as she is approaching harvest. Chemdogging #2is catching up and she is pumping out big buds with some serious fruity smells.

obamna This plant grew really nice and she pumped out some serious smells and tastes, even directly after drying with no cure what so ever. Really fruity bubblegum-like smell with lemongrass taste. Sticky and big buds, more on the airy side but still pretty dense. Easy growth, even tho she mutated twice. --- I cured the bud for one week and, wow! This is some serious stuff, I'm not joking. The buds taste great, really fruity and freshening. Powerful smell too. I'm currently smoking some Gorilla Glue from a coffeshop and HubbaBubbaBear, I honestly prefer HubbaBubbaBear right now. The high is really powerful and I think the extra CBD does it's work too. All in all, it's a great strain to try. I will definitely grow some 1:2 or 1:1 CBD:THC weed again in the future.

obamna I didn't have much time during the last few days for my plants, it really shows. They are looking a little bit nasty, but they are developing really good. I'm curious how the final dry weight of those two plants will be as they have the densest buds of this run, surprisingly. Chemdogging #1 is getting really dense. I think it's the densest of them all. She still has that nasty ass smell, but I think the smell will be kinda nice when she's all dried up. Chemdogging #2 is catching up really good, she starts to smell as nasty as Chemdogging 1. Her buds are really big too, surprisingly.

obamna My first multi strain grow is over and my results are mixed. All plants experienced phosphorus deficiencies, so yield wasn't good unfortunately. The weed tasted pretty good tho. I have a new grow going with Hesi mineral-based nutes instead of BioBizz, maybe results will be a little bit better.
