Royal Queen Seeds Royal Cheese Automatic from Seed Supreme.
Seeds soaked in water for 36 hours then directly into there final pots. They were standing at 1 inch 3 days later. Finishing out week 1 of the seedling and so far they look happy.
1-gallon & 1/2-gallon fabric pot sizes for there life!
So excited for this strain!
Week 2 went better than I ever expected it could go. These are growing so fast, look very healthy and I'm excited for this strain. I love this pungent, rare to me strain of medicine. Please drop tips or input for this indoor auto so I can keep them thriving and have a nice yield for the small pot size. Thank you all and stay tuned !
This week I have been correcting issues from over lighting and very slight nutrient overload on these, compared to the other two strains though, not as badly damaged. They are recovering well. Day 19 I topped and lst the 1 gallon plant and left the 1/2 grow as she does un touched. I am pretty excited about this strain and hope she keeps healthy and happy. 🙏Stay tuned thanks for any help/suggestions
The past week or more has been great. These two plants are the most defined I have seen get. I absolutely love the detail and sharpness of the leaves. These are both in the beginning leg of flowering. I'm really excited for this phase leading towards harvest! 🙏🤞
RQS Royal cheese automatic in 1 gallon and 1/2 gallon pots. Minis!
Stay tuned and any tips please feel free. Thank you
5 weeks of life now complete rolling into week 6 and these two girls are doing really well. I love the leaves on these plants! I am really looking forward to watching the bud sites fill in. The one that was topped is in the 1 gallon pot. It had little lst early on then I let it straighten out for space reasons. The 1/2 gallon was bent over once early on and then left to grow straight with no topping. It was just for fun to make a mini Xmas tree 🌲 hoping to get a nice little batch of Buds to sample so I can determine if I want to run this strain again. I love how the plant grew and would do it again. I chose small pots to fit these in with other strains to get a small yield of each as a sample. These two seem very consistent with each other. The 1 gallon pot already has trichome production happening and is filling lightning fast. I think this one might be a fast finisher if it keeps this up! Stay tuned
The past week has been fairly smooth. The smell in the tent isn't very strong yet but it is sooo sweeeeet like candy!?! Not what I expected so far on smell from "cheese" but it's very pleasant. The 1 gallon Pot is really frosty. It doesn't have big buds but the smaller sized buds seem to keep filling in nice. As for the 1/2 gal, I have finally decided to flush it out heavily to see if any coloring comes back into it's extremely lime colored leaves. Not sure what to do but she is still praying to the gods and does have frost that's just hard to see. It's finally filling in some and not far behind the 1 gal. Just very lime in color! Just going to give water only for the next week maybe to see how she does. Thanks & stay tuned! A portion of my first ever grow still rolling along. 🤞🙏
Another pretty good week and these two are starting to stink pretty good! Very very sticky and very very sweet smelling! These are super frosty and the 1 gal buds already hardening up. Small in size but I'm pretty sure might kick but in flavor and strength! I love this plant! Stay tuned
These have been doing really well and they are absolutely covered in Trichomes. Getting fairly milky but still more time. The 1/2 gallon SMELLS SO MUCH!!!! Like a very sweet pungent smell. Finally a very slight smell of cheese but mostly sweet like candy! So smelly though for it's tiny size. The 1 gal that looks amazing does not smell nearly as much, yet. I hope these turn into extremely tasty buds 👍 stay tuned. Royal Queen Seeds, definitely something special about these. I can't wait to grow these in larger pots next!
This past week has been amazing. The 1/2 gallon smells sooooooo much!!! Super sweet and cheesy! Unreal. It looks incredible, both do! I'm so amazed I'm not sure what to even say. This is part of my first grow ever!!!!!! These are SO dense and sticky! COVERED! Mostly milky with some Amber for sure on the 1/2 and just some Amber but maybe a few more days atleast on the 1 gallon. Before a period of dark then the cut! The 1/2 gallon is currently in the dark now, chop is tonight, 4/30 day 66 from seed RQS Royal cheese auto! This is going to be super fire medicine If drying goes well! Stay tuned and thank you all for following and helping out on my first ever grow. The 1/2 gallon will be my 2nd cut ever but 1st cut that was properly timed as my first plant last week was atleast 1 week to soon. I have learned that I can gain much more quality with a touch more patience. 🙂
Dry weight 1/2 gallon: 9.6g usable bud
Dry weight 1 gallon: 20.6g usable bud
Total in 1.5 gallons of soil dry: 30.2 grams(2 small pots)
Very happy with that as these buds are really nice especially the 1 gallon!
Fairly smelly plant most of flower. Very very sweet smelling until dried. Extremely Frosty, colorful and has some density but not solid as a rock, yet! The cure is going well and these buds look amazing. The 1 gal bud looks different from the 1/2 gal bud.
Day 66 chop for the 1/2 gal and day 68 for the 1 gal. Total of 30.2 grams of dried, trimmed and smokeable bud. Smells so pungent if cheese now finally! Very sticky and covered in Trichomes ! This put me to sleep instantly!!! Keep in mind this was just a tester. I cant wait for more taste and smell to come out as it cures in jars. The smell is very deep, pungent of a cheese like smell. I love cheese!
Very busy right now but please stay tuned for an update after a week more of cure. Thank you all so much. I will give a more detailed report on this grow on the next update. I will say this. I will be buying this same exact strain again and other RQS because obviously they got something really good here! 👍
ATTENTION Cure/Smoke report!!! 104 days from seed (6/7) and we are just over a month of cure in jars! I am extremely satisfied with this smoke!!! Wow, beyond what I expected as this is powerful, dense sticky bud with a great smell and taste. Each plant has a slightly different look/taste smell.
**1 gal pot- very exotic, sticky, dense buds. Covered in Trichomes and absolutely filled the bottom of the jar with just a dusting everywhere! Not airy at all! Quality level extremely high. The taste is powerful like dank, pungent cheese. Thick and distinguished. There is no other way I can describe the taste but your imagination wonders into never never land as you get lost in a full body, head to relaxed state. Over medicating leads to sleep! It will quickly slow your roll and have you on chill street. This would be best used in the evening after dinner when you are relaxing before bed. Everything I expected from a cheese strain! Thank you Royal Queen Seeds!
**1/2 gal pot- once dried and trimmed, less overall color. More of the green and orange seen in cheese strains normally. Fairly dense but not as solid as the 1 gal. The smell is very pleasant and so is the taste! This is more of like a cheesecake that comes to mind immediately. Once you taste it, almost enough hints to call it strawberry cheesecake but I'll leave it as just a rich cheesecake flavor. Very satisfying. Not as overwhelming as her bigger sister but very relaxed feel with less couch lock. You may smoke this during the day with less fear of being slowed down.
Overall I am really happy and I absolutely would grown this exact strain again for personal use. This made me want to try other strains I need from RQS! Awesome experience as part of my first ever grow session. This has been a blessing to produce the medicine I need to live life happy and healthy. Thank you all for everything. Thank you grow diaries and gid bless this green plant. Thank you for your gift from nature! 💚
Hey dude, with the Spider Framer 1000 did you use the dimmer switch ? I’m about to start my first grow using this light but I can’t find information on what dimmer settings should be used at each stage.
@Seldom_Seen,u will only need the dimmer if your tent is really short in height or you run out of space. I can leave it at 100 and keep it raised up 20-30 inches during early stages and as they grow u can lower it. You really shouldn't need the dimmer. However I did run mine at 75% at like 25 inches for the first few weeks then gradually turned it up and lowered it but it's not needed likely. U can run 100% from start to finish if u want, just adjust the height. What width and height tent? And just 1 SF 1000?
