Ayahuasca Purple Soilless Clones

Ok week 5 veg. I usually just let the plants grow through the trellis net. This time I tried a little bit of everything. I did a fairly big trim on leaves. I tied down branches with twist ties and then lowered the trellis net overtop. I may have gone a little overboard. But looking at other peoples diary’s I am seeing a lot of techniques being used so I will giver a shot. Trial and error. **Update** Plants growing up through trellis nicely. After tie down and trim.

Just a couple pics from 1st day of week 6. Plants are being watered 3 times a day now for 15 mins. Growth is taking off. Everything is looking healthy. 👍🤞

Week 7 veg went smoothly. I lollipoped the plants and watched them grow. That was about it for week 7 everything is looking good and healthy.

Week 1 bloom Everything stretched a lot this week. I’m not sure why. My lights are powerful I’m feeding by the green planet chart. So lots of nutes. Hopefully they slow down or I’m going to run out of room. At the end of this week I did another lollipop and small defoliation. The canopy was super dense. If you got this far hit the like button and give me some validation lol.

Week 2 of bloom. This grow I’ve decided to bloom a top canopy. Last grow I left a lot of under growth. The nugs didn’t grow very large or dense. So this time around i took most everything off that was under the canopy. Theory is the top nugs will grow much larger and denser. Only second grow in this tent with this system. ( rock wool cubes/ soilless). Changing things grow by grow trying to find the perfect grow lol. If that exists. The nugs jumped in size quickly this week. Everything continued to stretch through out the week. Not to happy about that. The spacing between nodes is farther than I would like to see but it’s still early in bloom. I did a massive lollipop this week. Might have gone a little too crazy with the scissors. Plants are pushing there max height in the tent the light is almost as high as it can go. All and all I’m impressed with the nug growth in 7 days. My last grow in this tent I didn’t see growth like this till week 3.

Week 3 Bloom I did nothing this week I cleaned and changed the reservoir then sat back and let the timers do the work. This week everything grew so much. At the beginning of the week I was concerned about nug spacing. A few days later no concern at all lol. This is looking to be a nice grow. 🤞🤞

I got really busy and didn’t finish this diary. I have been going through my pictures from last year. I think these are week 6 bloom.

These four plants were clones I clipped from the soil mother plants. ( soil ayahuasca grow diary) All four I clipped from the plant that wasn’t a phenome, before they showed any sign of being different. It grew green while the other grew purple. Regardless these grew wonderful. The smoke is super smooth with a heavy high. The yield was very impressive. I got close to a pound of dry bud from four plants. The pictures you see above are all from the first plant I took down and trimmed. This was by far my best grow ever. (I haven’t been growing very long). My biggest yield, best smelling flower and pretty much zero problems. I am attributing that as much to the strain as to the way they were grown. This is one of my first indoor tent grows but I’ve popped many a seed to try my hand outside. Every seed I’ve got from Barney’s Farm has germinated and grown well. Also this grow was my first soilless/semi-hydro grow. This grow pretty much took care of itself. It fed from a reservoir through spikes into the rock wool. Everything was on timers. The lights turned on and off on there own. The plants fed themselves. All I did was clean and refill the reservoir once a week. Sit back and watch them grow. Setting the system up was a bitch. A lot went into getting it to run without hiccup. (See some videos at the beginning of the diary I think)
