Had to adjust light intensity to 75% and raise light a bit due to Purple Punch #2 getting light burn.

Today I did the final top & some defoil so auxiliary branches can get more light. Also took out some branches that I didn’t like. Did some super cropping too so now going to give her 2-3 more weeks before I do one more Defoil and flip her into flowering. Adjusted the light 1” higher because Purple Punch #2 is a problem plant, she does not like 100% light from my SF-1000. Edit (+1 pic) This week concludes days 28-35. 1st top : 7th March 2nd top : 18th March

Fellow growers helped me identify the problems of the leaf tips yellowing so will make necessary adjustments and see what changes it brings.

This is a comparison grow between purple punch to see if mainlining it or just LST/HST will give better results Edit: noticing some lower leaves showing what I feel may be Mg deficiency so I’m going to add 5 tsp/ Gallon of Mg•SO4 to my foliar feeding and see if I can stop the yellowing of i between the leaves. Will post a pic, if anyone know otherwise please don’t hesitate to correct me I love learning. Thanks for reading 🤙🏻

everything is fine,,, just take away the old leaves. Why do the plants have white spots=? are you foliar feeding=? and i see no reason for using big bloom. Plants look good,, dont ccare about some yellowing older leaves. its maybe the ones who were burnt happy growing

The feeding is maybe 1x a week, mostly as needed now, and to keep lower leaves from being eaten too fast. She has completed 9 weed Veg Indoor, now I will utilize the 1,000,000GigaWatt light - the sun- to finish off flowering Outdoor. Thanks for reading - HAPPY 420

I’m just wondering what is considered light to plants. I have shifted the light cycle to 12/22 and I bring my plants indoors in ac at night. I have dim LED strip on red light setting. I’m just wondering if it’s too much light. I also cover them with sheets.

If it’s a photoperiod strain then any light at all no mater the colour will disrupt your flowering cycle. You want 100% darkness for 12 hours strait to endorse and sustain a flowering cycle. Autos can basically grow in any light cycle but it’s advised too give them at least a few hours of 100% darkness to sleep and have a break from photosynthesis. So long story short, no, you can’t have your red lights on...lol any light, no mater the brightness or colour is too much. The lights on your air conditioner shining in the room is even too much. 100% darkness is needed. Hope this helps... Cheers 💨

Flowering week 1 Many yellow leaves have caused me to be a big concerned - even though it’s probably normal - I boosted the feeding by adding some Magnesium and top Dressing with some home made kitchen compost. Gave her her first feeding in 2 weeks Many growth such speed very amaze Thanks for reading - Happy Growing. Edit April 27 - Started a compost tub couple months ago, not 100% but reaping some of the rewards early to help boost the flowering phase.

This week she has stopped visible growth so she is prob in or starting full flowering. Been giving compost tea, as well as the nutes that are noted above. (Please see previous week to see what I mean by compost, the last 2 pictures). I do this to add beneficial bacteria. Correct me if I’m wrong but, is Microbrew is basically the same as compost tea? I’m following a FF schedule at a reduced rate (only using 90% of what is advised and then dilute by 1/2) and I still notice it’s too much at certain times. Fox farm is a good product Iv enjoyed it, but Iv noticed that the plants prefer a more organic route - Living soil - Will be looking into that with the help of Mrs_Larimar, should check out his/her grow diary very helpful stuff. Edit April 30 : the pistils are now bursting out, looking forward to the end product

Not much crystal on her as yet but the pixies are sprinkling, I’m guesstimating around 9-10 weeks of flower needed.

She has started putting on some crystals now, been feeding with some molasses and citric acid (ph adjuster) for the microbes. I heard they like that stuff so why not.

Buds are not as dense as the first purple punch but the mass is more. Will keep this updated up to drying. Edit #1 June 15 : buds have been washed in baking soda/lime juice warm water (32*C) > rtp water (27*C) > cold water (22*C). Buds then will be hung to dry for 24 hours in AC (45% humid). At day 2 (or in another 24 hours) will move the buds into another room for 24 hours again @65-75% humidity. Day 3 (or in another and probably the last 24 hours of drying) will move back into ac and then a stem test on each branch will be conducted to see if they are dry enough. If they are not dry enough after day 3 (2 days ac @ 45% and 1 day rtp @65-75%) then a 4th day of ac drying will occur and then more branch tests. Upon being sufficiently dry, the final trim of the sugar leaves will occur and then jarring with some Boveda 58%. Thanks for reading, more edits to come. Edit : 18/June/‘21 Seeds looking real nice, I have given some away for people to rest and tell me if I did my procedure correct (feminizing seeds with female pollen due to a female plant being stress). If this procedure is correct I’ll be fertilizing my current grow too. 1) Purple Paralysis (Jellyfish Bud) (F) 2) Monster Mass (F) 3) Lavender (bag seed gender unknown) Edit 2 25th June : buds dried at 36-45% humidity for 4 days before jarring.
