Ordered some Durban Poison Autoflowers from Mendocino Farms in California. I was able to get these seeds from The Pacific Seed Bank in Oregon and am excited to order from them again as they have a bunch of strains I would like to try out. The reviews for this seed bank are up and down but my seed was germinated just fine. I'm using Ocean Forest from Fox Farm and am going to be trying out their nutrition line as well. Durban is my favorite strain of all time and its been some years since I was able to find it or even smoke it. I'm hoping for much better results here on my second grow. I will also have a clone I got from another grower in the tent as well but I will be vegging her the whole time during the Durban grow.

Shes a happy little plant and showing great growth for her first official week. I am happy with how she is looking and will just keep feeding her when dry. She is getting PH 6.4 water; im only spot watering so the roots can expand. She seems to be a happy plant, i hope this growth continues and she gets big. Happy growing everyone.

This week has been a good one. A lot of new growth on her and she seems to being doing great. She definitely had a cal mag issue. She started to get rusty looking spots so i introduced cal-mag into and she loved it. I have been trying to train her all week but she just wants to straighten out. He is a strong little lady and getting fed every 3 days or so. Im going to up the nutrients a little and start adding more of the fox farm nutrients. She might be getting ready to start stretching and start flower this week from the looks of her. Dont have a whole lot to say but Happy Growing!

She grew a lot this week as you can tell. A lot of branch growth a long with a lot of new leaves and bud sites coming in. I have stopped trying to train her as she just seems like she wanted to grow straight and I have decided just to let her take her course. I have removed a few leave but want to wait until she is done stretching to go a good clean up on her. She is getting pre flowers already and showing pistils. Can someone tell me if this starting week should be flowering week 1? She doesnt seem to be stretching like she is in flower mode yet but it is coming for sure. I am hoping I can push another week of veg as the seeds are supposed to have a longer flowering period. Either way I am happy with what I have going on in the tent, she seems happy and growth is doing well. Let me know if you guys see anything or have any advice! Happy Growing Everyone!

She started stretching mid week but still has a lot of growing to do from the looks of it. She is turning into a beast and getting preflowers like nobodies business. She is now making my clone look like a very little plant. I am scare of running out of the room in my 2x2. I have maxed out my light space in this tent and I am hoping she slows down just a little. I am waiting for a new 4x4 tent to come in. I bought the spider farmer SF-4000 and am super excited to get this Auto under the light. Im going to keep feeding her and home she can survive in the space she is in until my new tent and ventilation system come in. I am super excited to see how she buds up. Happy growing everyone.

First week of flower and she is doing great. I upgraded my tent and lights for this grow on Wednesday. I received my Gorilla Grow Tent and Spider Farmer SF-4000 and set it up for my plants. She seems to be loving the new light and space. She grew around 10 inches over the last week and is almost done stretching. She is bushy but i plan to defoliate a bit this coming weeks. She is a thirsty lady too, I am feeding her everyday at this time. I am happy with how she looks and is growing. excited to see how much bud she can get off her. Hope all is well growers, Happy Growing!

Second week of flower and she is getting fat. She is a thirsty lady and needs food everyday. Light schedule is great for her and I have now put my spider farmer up to full blast. Things are going hreat for the durban auto and there isnt much to say this week. No issues with nutrients, just getting a very bushy lady with this grow. Hope all is going well, happy growing everyone!

Hey Growers! Hope all is well. This was wee 3 of flower and she is doing great for the most part. My fan leaves started to get brown/rust cover spots; and by the sounds of it I did it by pushing to much of the Beastie Bloomz in her. Since I saw them I have onky been giving her water with a little cal mag . Her leave colors have started to do back to a lighter green and I will likely only give her nutrients towards the end of the week. Other than that she seems to be doing great. Buds are large and in charge and I hope she fattens out real nice. She smells incredible and I am excited to see her complete. I have seen maybe 5 or 6 of her hairs start to go orange but she still has another 3 or 4 weeks before she is completed. Time for the final push on this; I am going to work on her feeding habits better and learn from my mistake of trying to push her to hard. Hope all is well, Happing Growing!

Another week in the books for the Durban Auto. She seems to be doing fine. She doesnt seems to have the trichomes i was hoping for but maybe the next week or two that will change. She seems to be pushing towards the end as a lot of her hairs are turning orange and she is getting nice and dense. Not much going on this week with her, i am doing mostly water due to the over feedings of nutrients but she seems to be happy and thirsty still wanting food everyday. I would guess maybe two more weeks and she will be ready to cut down and dry. Hope all is well, Happy Growing!

Hello fellow growers! This week most of the hairs on her have turned orange but her trichomes dont say she is done at this time. She may need this coming week to finish or even the week after that. Her buds are dense and juicy and bring a delicious smell to the air. I have been mostly just been feeding PH water this week this here. The effects of whatever I did to here seem to slowly taking over the fan leaves even though I flushed and tried to correct. Maybe she is coming to the end of her life and thats why the leaves are changing but i doubt that. Im going to keep pushing this little lady until she is ready to be chopped down. hope all is well with everyone! Happy Growing!

Well she is officially chopped down and drying at this time. She started to get amber trichomes pretty fast so I thought it was time to get her in the dark and ready to get chopped down. I flushed her, then once mostly dry I gave her ice cold water around 38 degrees and put her in the dark for 24 hours. Once I pulled her out of the dark it looked like she was glowing with the reflection of trichomes. I am very happy the way she turned out and was "done" on day 82 from seed. The breeder states this takes 55-65 days of flower, so going on the low end she started flowering on day 27. Its definitely possible that she started flowering earlier than I thought but its ok as I am still learning new to a lot of things, especially with autos. I am super excited to let this dry for the next week or so, nugs are dense and heavy. Her total weight weight was 647 grams. Fingers crossed to his a third of that weight dry; i would love to get 4 or more oz but we will see! hope all is well! Happy growing!

Harvest was pretty easy on this one. I should have cut off a bit more of the leaves before I dried her as I did not have that great of time trimming. She came in at a heavy 647 grams wet and dried at 124 grams. I am pretty darn happy to get over a quarter pound off this plant. Huge improvement from my first plant and makes me want to keep with auto flowers. She smelled great the whole time she started flowering and after drying and curing a little she smells great and tastes great. She has that Durban smell that takes me back 10 years ago when I first tried it when i got my medical card. I am extremely happy with how things turned out. I learned that i need to work on LST better and to no give so many nutrients to autos. Even giving 1/3 or the nutrients seemed to give her some burn. The roots of the plant were amazing for only growing for 12 weeks; they covered the whole pot and kept all the dirt together when I pulled it out of the pot. Growing this makes me excited to grow a full tent of autos; its also going to increase my intake of cannabis hahaha. Thanks for following me on this grow, wish i could share more than pictures and words! Happy Growing!
