This lady had a poor start I think it was mostly my fault. I came on way to fast with the nutrients. If I were to grow her again I would cut the nutrient levels by 1/2 the first week. Ph was a problem for me throughout.

Overall decent strain it has a real hoppy piney aroma. I think I lost a lot of yield giving up on the lst and just letting it go. I had maybe two ounces of trim 30% of which are larfy immature buds.

I noticed this silvery spots on the fan leaves mainly of one plant. I am growing in coco and alternating nutrient solution and Ph’d water. The most recent picture is from a recently removed fan leaf.

Look at the leaf real close, from what I can see, more than silver patches, up close they look like it's missing the top layer in several places and they have curled edges. They look like nutrient burn. How much EC/PPM are you feeding?

@bobo420, thanks ,looks like it was a light and nutrient issue. New growth is looking much better

I ended up coming in too hot with nutrients, this is my first auto and she seems to need less. I am also running a new light and I was way to close. I flushed and backed the light off and she’s looking better.

Good luck and yes i noticed that too on my first Auto they generally take less nutrients. I also had a cal-mag issue with my Pyramid seeds Auto never had any issues with Photo plants before.

@Tentsneggs, To be honest it didn't show up towards the end. Mine was mostly magnesium so i added some Epsom Salt which got me by for 2 weeks. Then i flushed for maybe 1 week and chopped. I was in a rush as i had photo's ready to go in its place, My Auto was grown in soil and i didn't feed for the first month i had brand new organic soil so i let it do it's thing. Good luck.

@Northeastern, how did you work out the calmag issue. I’m growing in coco so I have been adding each feed. I’m concerned about lock out though.

Hey, I just finished my first auto grow which was nirvana og kush as well. Your flowers look great, better than mine. What did you get for total dry weight? I some how ended up with over 4 ounces dry with only one galaxy hydro 300 watt led and some cfls. I have some more of the same seeds and would like to increase my yield on the next grow so any advice you gave give on how this strain was for you, like do's and donts would be very much appreciated! I saw you said to go easy on the nutes. I didn't use any so maybe I could try using a similar line up to yours at a lesser strength. Thanks and great job!

@Tentsneggs, thanks man! I stressed both the plants out and they both ended up with some underdeveloped seeds in the bud which I'm sure had an effect on the yield and strength. Thanks for the advice. I am going to grab another of the same light and start measuring the ph of my water and ppm of runoff. My biggest problem was light burn and then ph issues. Plus it got 114 degrees a few weeks back and they were not happy about that. I'm curious to see what your flowers look like as they begin to cure. My bud is strong but the rso I made from some of it is way the hell stronger. Well thanks again!

@Rezdestroyer, hey man your bud look pretty nice as well. I had some real problems with light distance and ph early on I really think I would take it easy if I grew this strain again. When I started growing I used soil as well, I switched to coco about two years ago and my yield really increased. I like the hydro aspect of it and the ability to change my feeding to fit the plants needs. That being said I know plenty of soil growers that really do well, so I guess it’s a toss up. I only had the one plant so I assume I’ll end up around 5-6 oz dry I plan on jaring them tonight. My best advice to increase yield is a more powerful light, it’s an upfront cost but you make up for it on the back end.

@@Athos after much confusion I think it really is a mute issue due to ph fluctuation. For some reason this plant is really Prefering to say around 6-6.5 PH if I run any lower she freaks out. I backed off the nute and ran 6.5 plain water through with 30% run off after the first day no further spread.

I also gave them a good spray with a Spinosad solution just to be safe Incase it is thrips.
