California Light Works (CLW) - Solar System 550’s (3 total). Lights are chained via rj11 data cables to a CLW-Controller. Allowing, manipulation of the light spectrum at different RWB (red, white, blue) percentages and for various stages of plant growth. The controller is mounted outside the tent. From “sprout to finish” one can pre-program the controller for an entire grow. The light fixtures do not chain. That means a lot of cordage gets tied up out of the grow area. Attached to the two outside light fixtures are CLW - UVB kits (2 lights each, 4 total).

Better than sunlight because the grower is in control. Using their programmable controller is a must. UVB certainly improves quality. Nutrients and Feeding Schedule supply a balanced structured routine throughout. Personal observation once a week feeding is best, Adjust soil feeding schedule to meet your light program length.

Switched back to the 200W. 400W is just too much for a 3x3

This is a new, second version, grow light that is very powerful for its small size, but it generates a lot of heat for an LED. Plan your grow accordingly.

The SolarXtreme 500 proved to much light for the 9 sq ft tent. The plants improved noticeably once I switched to the SolarXtreme 250 and kept it 2 to 3 feet away.

Now that I see what what can be achieved with 200w I'll try the 400w version next indoor grow

Didn't use due to leaf damage (not light related).

I like the light, it is just a little bit too hot, so I assume an a/c will help... we ll see in the next grow how it is going to act with the ac setup
