So this was my first grow ever and the first 3 or 4 weeks they were windowsill girls but then i put them under the par30 for 2 weeks realized they were to weak bought the 4 of the par20 leds in a comlete sensi lamp with 4 arms on amazon and used it because amazon said it had up to 1200umol lol. Well they didnt delivered that much light or an amount close to it but aiming 2 of these on a flower really exploded their grow in contrast to the absolutely horrible condtions they have been under before (up to 2 hours of sunlight maybe). And hey they survived and produced some flower :)
But now i gained the wisdom that just using regular led lights are probably a better option for most people and that amazon descriptions are kinda misleading so i cant really recommend this lamps if you can just buy a splitter and a 6 pack of e27 leds so stay tuned for my next grow :3
This was only meant as a support for the undergrowth when I realised why so many recommend scrogging or similar techniques. It did its job, I guess, but this type (I switched to a 4-winged single-spot 40 W bulb) produced some flickering only visible in smartphone camera which I could not see in the otherwise brillant room-plant LEDs they offer.
