Hey thanks for the replies!! Very helpful! I'm currently using - Botanicare Cal-Mag Plus (2 – 0 – 0)- at 2.5ml in every gallon (3.8liters), is 1-0-0 a better mix to use (FoxFarms,CaliMagic)?

hey there again ! i dont like N in my cal mag at all, so for me the less the better. as long as you factor it into your feeding schedule you should be fine though. content wise cal mag is cal mag so it's down to the N difference if you like extra N or not, mine is a 000 cal mag ... hope this helps ! 🚀

Try spray cal mag to leaves once. Calcium is immobile. Difficult to move up plant system. Spraying it is like a direct injection to the site with deficiencies.

Whether you want nitrogen in your calmag or not depends on all the nutes you use. If for some reason your base nutes arent providing enough N then using a higher N calmag would be a good idea. Now come flower time when you back off the N it may become too much and you have to use a low N calmag. I use megacrop which is an all in one nute that works really well. I was using a high N calmag with it and had no issues in veg but once flowering hit full force i was getting an N toxicity. So i switched to a much lower N calmag. I believe my original one as like 10-0-0 or something and i went down to 1-0-0. Now this last grow ive been using only the 1-0-0 and things have been great. Still enough N through veg and not too much in flower. I usually use 0.3EC of my calmag because i run coco which loves to suck the calmag outta my water. All in all 1-0-0 and 2-0-0 are so simillar you probably wont notice a difference between the 2 so id say in your care its just personal preference or whichever one is cheaper if the cal/mag part is the same concentration.

Hey I use the Cal / Mag from canna :-) I always do it this way. I take osmosis water and mix it with normal water (the normal water has to stand for 24 hours for chlorine to escape). mix up to 0.2 ec then I increase the ec to 0.4 with Cal / Mag :-) This is my starting water 👍🌱
