That ph is super high for soil you're more likely starting to see a lockout, for soil the ph should be between 6.0-6.5, you're runoff is 0.7 higher than it should be.

Runoffs are significantly below inputs-Do I have a problem?Runoff continues to be a mystery. When watering I continue to get significantly less Ph and PPM (4.8 ph and 109 ppm) than my inputs (6.2 ph and 155 ppm) but the plant looks healthy. Only feeding nutes no plain waterFor some reason my plants are only needing to be watered once a week. My nutrients say to give x amount per week.
