24" is pretty safe distance for seedlings but im veg I think you want something like 18" and during flowering you might be able to go 12" also. Just lower the light gradually and see how the girls react to it. Just remember to put fans between the led and the canopy so you dont burn your girls when the lights are closer.

Hello.. Hope you are well.. I checked ur dairy info and everything looks great.. She has no sign of damage so i wud keep her at that height as not to stretch her.. If she doesn't grow each day then move light up by 4inch..as she gets bigger u can bring her closer.. Wen u get flowers develop u want lamp at 12-14inch away from top buds.. If ur canopy is nice n very cool u can get lamp upto 8inch away wit no damage to flowers..great lights btw.. Stay safe n gud luck on ur 1st grow.. 👍🍀🤞

24 inch when on full power is probably too much for seedlings, the 2000tws is an extremely bright light and if you look up diaries from growers using the same light, you'll find a lot of lightburn victims (including myself, well, my girls :) ). Also, you can (and probably should) dim these lights. My schedule with the 2000tsl is something like: - Seedling: 30 inch, dimmed 25% - Veg: 24 inch, dimmed 50 to 75% - Flower: 20-24 inch, maybe 18 inch if the strain can handle it, 100% power Increase light intensity in little steps during the grow and slowly increase the power of the light, week by week.

The Mars Hydros are dimmable too, so I kept em at 30inches at 30% during seedling/sapling, and by full veg I had it at 24 inches @ 70%, then for flower running 18 inches at 100%.

That light is a 308w light so at full power, 24in is probably a safe height. Honestly though, a huge benefit of leds that a lot of people over look is the ability to save money in veg. Dim the light down and lower it. If you dim it by half you should be able to drop it to about 12". This is a good idea cuz you don't need all that light and coverage with young plants. So might as well save 50% on your electricity for a few weeks! If you need any more help feel free to message me!
