Have I got enough light in my tent ??

I’m growing 2 silver haze from seed in the autopot set up, however I only plan to use 1 optic 1xl cob light. My question is do you think this will be enough light or will I need to introduce another light ?

one is okay for two.. Two for two is even better . I mean from the Light outputs they give on the optic website they recommend a 2 by 2 space but with the numbers they have you could definitely run 2 in a 2 by 2 space.. Height and heat are also a factor and need to be considered.

Should I use the VEG lights 24x7 from the time I plant my seed until it's ready to bloom, or would something like 18 hours on and 6 hours off make more sense? Is there a "best practice" for veg lighting? It has worked for my first 3 grows. VIPARSPECTRA 600W LED

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

what ppfd for 20/4 autoflower?Just bought the FC-4800 and before this I had always measured my light using inches away from canopy however I want to learn how to use the light using PPFD. I have found average measurements online but what should I aim for for a 20/4 autoflower schedule please?

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?

Mars Hydro TS1000 and Spider Farmer SF1000D in 26x26 tent together?I’ve purchased an Mars Hydro FC-E 3000 for my 3x3 tent, so I now have a TS 1000 I’ve removed from the 3x3, that I want to move to my 26x26 and run it along side my Spider Farmer SF1000D. Growing out instead of up.Please help out! I moved it into a new pot and topped it last week as suggested.
Also new ViparSpectra light at 45cm away @80% power.
Nutrients/food yet to arrive.
It seems to just be growing out instead of up, and starting to see some white/ burnt looking spots.
