You can simply put something under the smaller ones, e.g. a pot or something :-)

If the lamp isn't hurting the tallest plant, I usually just raise the shorter plants to be the same canopy height as the tallest girl. I know a dude that uses little foot stools to raise his shorter girls to the light. Good luck! Cheers

Hello.. Hope you are well.. U use a technique called lst.. U simply hook a piece of string or use a yoyo device attach to ur taller plant and gently bend her away from lights or other plant.. U can continuously do this to cannabis plants and they love it.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

Weak and too long stalk?Stalk looks to be very thin and weak. The head (leafs) seems to be kind of too heavy for the plant. It was very long too but I added some more soil for more stability.
There was a short time without sun because I was not at home.
It doesn't looks like other people's plants.

Is necessary to harvest in 2 times? Give a week more for the bottom "popcorn" buds and the third plant, shorter in shadow?

I was excited at 2 to 3 inches but she's about to break 5 inches and the first true leaves still don't want to sprout.
