Too late to train?

Just discovered this is not an autoflower and I should have topped, stress trained or tried some techniques to reduce height and increase yield. Is it too late now? Should I at least defoliate? Would you recommend I replant in a bigger pot? (dont want it to grow anymore)

Hi Man, check my diaries and the way I fight against my stretching plants. TM is not late to train or bend her, it's safe till the last stages of flowering when stems turn to be harder. No need to defoliate IMO. Change your pot, plants will benefit from this and LTS allow you to control her height.

Hello So i would definitely transplant her asap. That way she can still do a good bit of new root growth etc before harvest. You could also try to see if any branches are still pliable enough for lst, if not there's always the option of super cropping the tallest branches. It's not as hard as some grow sites say it is, as long as you pinch and bend gently over a couple minutes you shouldn't break any branches. Then just secure them like lst so they don't grow back straight and then put a bamboo stake in for some extra support. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be a photoperiod plant...you'll get way bigger yields.👍
