So ganga growers....week 14 (for the past 17 days of flowering they are under a Mars TSW2000)...no amber trich heads yet but mostly milky trichs....should I harvest or wait another week?

Transplant them or not?How bad could it be to transplant autos seedlings that grows over 10 days in 0.5 L cup (100% coco) to their final pots of 5 or 7 gal with a different media (soil+coco)?
