I added two more lights in my tent and it brought temperatures up to about 25 where the plants are sitting what can I do to bring temperatures back down to about 21 ? Or is 25 not a bad temperature?

Light Cycle shifting8 days of +30 days coming up, so small periods of temps of 31 degrees and RH's of 40% staying under my current 20/4 light cycle. In the Veg phase I had them on 24/0. Do u think its safe to use pond water for watering?Theres a pond near me(man made) with carp in it, Its connected to a stream which goes through the woods. Is there a way I could test the water if its safe, mabey some testing kit?
