I agree with the previous answers, that this looks like a few deficiencies.. the yellowing at the lower (older) growth is most likely nitrogen, but i would think there are more in play. Can you tell us a bit about the plant, what medium you grow them in, and what (and how many) nutrients you give them, so we can get a better understanding of your situation? Based on this it'll be easier to identify what steps should be taken to correct this. Please be aware that the leaves that have already been affected will not turn back to green, so don't worry about that, but make sure that the new growth will be fine.

Looks like a nitrogen deficiency. That begins as leaf yellowing, starting with the lower leaves and moving upward. As it worsens, leaves die and fall off. The usual thing to do first is check your ph and adjust that first if its off. After that, if its more than a simple ph problem, you need to add nitrogen.
