Wassup fam this is my first grow and my plants are looking HORRIBLE I just wanted to know is it possible to save them. I transplanted them from a aeroponics system to Coco coir maybe that’s the problem? Some pls help😢

Your salade is overwatered and you don't have holes in you bins i asume. Your perlite is a tell sign.. it tried to seperate (fiund it waybto the top) wgere you watered.. you are also nit in 100% coco.. also in you other system you roots were used to a wet dry cycle now they are in wet only.. use peroxide to aerate the soil . 250 ml to 1 liter water poo a cup around the root and don't water for a goid 10 days.. atleast

Crispy leaves?Crispy leaves developing as it flowers. Seems to just be those that had some spots from what appeared to be a magnesium deficiency. I hit it with cal-mag and the spots stopped but recently the most affected leaves are shrivelled. Only maybe 4-6 leaves right now.

Hanging led bestva 1500 new still anyone know the height I should have my light in veg than for bloom Bestva 1500 hanging height got new light not sure the distance from plants to light any help would be great right now its at about 22in from ground I'm not sure if I measure from the plant 24 in or 24 from the ground same goes for flower have no lux metter yet
