When you water too much, you can have leaves drooping like yours, but that's not the only case because you can also have leaves drooping when you haven't watered enough. In my opinion, if you're talking about this, it's because you assume you've overwatered, so if you think you've put in too much and right after that your leaves look like this, it's definitely too much water. The simple solution is to let the soil dry out and water with 20% of the pot's volume. For example, you water a 10L pot with 2L of water and a 20L pot with 4L of water, and that way you'll never overwater and always provide what's needed. pH problems will generally burn the leaves, so it shouldn't be that.
