Seedling with droopy leaves? Did I overwater?

Seedling leaves are looking droopy. 2 days ago I found it like that and watered her thinking that could be the issue but havent improved. In fact looks worse. Not sure what to do... maybe i did overwater her?

Schwierig zu sagen. Wann hast du fotografiert? Nachts sehen die Blätter manchmal so aus... Was macht das Licht? Passen ppfd und DLI? Weiß nicht genau, was eine 400W HID auf 85cm bringt. RH könnte zu niedrig sein. 63% ist in dem Stadium, denk ich, eher grenzwertig.
Das sind die ersten Dinge, die mir einfallen. Ist wie gesagt schwierig zu beantworten, weil es noch keine Geschichte zu der Pflanze gibt. 😜

Wenn du den Rest halbwegs kontrollierst, dann wird es die Überwässerung sein. Ein häufiger Grund für Sämlinge so auszusehen.

That photo is from last night. But its been 2 days like this. When the light comes up the leaves are still down.
Regarding PPF, im not sure, I don't have a PPF meter yet (ill get one). I read online that 400 HPS should be at 40cm from the plant. I left it at 80 cm because it was heating quite a lot (above 28 celsius), in fact the seedling stretched a lot so I believe they are not receiving enough light. Thats why i thought this was maybe due to overwatering (and not excessive light).
Ill increase the humidity and see how it goes!

What can cause this drooping leafs i gotDrooping leafs?
Did notice a day after i did some defoliation the leafs of my plant look drooping. I checked the soil and found out it was bone dry. I watered my 15ltr pot with 1 liter of water.

Weak yellowing leavesNot every single time but quite often my plants are turning yellow in the middle of flowering. It starts from bottom and follows to top. I can basically “take off” leaves off stem and the upper ones getting dry and brittle. I’m also quite sure the ph level is correct. Any guess?
