There's nothing provided as a reference point to gauge their size, but I wouldn't put too much into any size expectations around day 22, without some reason to (like discovering a ph problem). My last grow was an Early Miss 7 week auto (60% indica/30 sativa/10% ruderalls) and it only began to enter the pre-flower stretch on day 22. Up until day 22, it looked like a small shrub (though it is a dwarf strain); but in the two weeks after day 22, during the pre-flower stretch, it got so big I had to defoliate it as it was outgrowing my tent and was too thick for the light to penetrate. Even after defoliating my first grow (breaking the rule about not doing it your first grow), made mistakes with light, watering, humidity, and was giving it very little nutes, it still yielded about an ounce in a tiny tent, with a 2 gallon pot and 150W LED. So I wouldn't stress over it. If you get the nutes, ph, and light dialed in, you'll see a lot of growth in the next two weeks as you go through the stretch.

depending on the environment and on the genetics some plants stay smaller, and some get taller, but what you shouldn't forget is that the first weeks of flowering they still go through a stretching phase.. some sorts even more than double (or more) in size.. Even if they might stay small, i wouldn't throw any plant out (unless they're male, hermaphrodite, or completely sick), as in my opinion i already put some time and effort into it, and why waste that effort? Also if they don't stretch much in flowering it can always be seen as a learning experience, and while the yield might not result in being the highest, it still doesn't mean that she would be a bad smoke? Especially if you're pretty new to this, i would keep them to see how the plants act in the later stages of their life.. you wouldn't want to throw them out, just to start new again and then make a mistake with the new ones in the later stage during bloom, to waste another set of plants (and time).. rather finish what you have now to gain experience and being able to apply what you have learned in future :) just my opinion.. happy growing!

Well, they’ll keep growing for some time during flower phase, but not that much... I see you just topped her, she might need some recovery. Try and open up the branches a bit (LST), and hope for the best. Im still new at this too though...

Hey there 👋 Every auto I’ve grown has gone through and enormous stretch after begging to flower. Many of them have doubled. I wouldn’t give up! Just have patience- she’ll prove she was worth keeping Happy Growing 🌱
