So stress gave the plant a hormone imbalance. U can tell that by the fact that shes still producing single bladed leaves 3 nodes up. Looks like the stress occured when she was making her second set of leaves. U can see she was trying to jump to 3 finger leaves but growth got funked.
The imbalance could be genetic... just a bad offspring. Or a result of the extremely heavy feed ur giving to such a young lady. Givin it's a autoflower ur potential size and yield have been compromised.
I personally would start over with the knowledge u gained from this experience. Not a loss just a lesson learned. It happens even to the best growers.
With autos starting nutes early is great but do it at a quarter strength the recommended feed. Seedlings are very fragile and it doesn't take much to result in mutations and imbalances.
