Very Small Small Growth

I'm having a bit concern about my plants here, they're 3 weeks old but growing very small (probably only 2-3cm tall),
the weird thing is, they look very happy, and I don't see the plant having any problem at all beside that they are growing so small for a 3 Weeker.

The first thing I notice is the bad quality of soil, lack of perlite (needed for drainage and root oxygen) and the wetness of the soil. They're also quite yellow indicating lack of nitrogen. I believe these to be your problems 👍🌱

Grow lightsDoes this look ok? I have 2 plants not growing as fast as my macchiato plant. The other two are different strains, Runtz & Zittles. I don’t want to over do it but I know light is key so I thought I’d ask. Both 1000 watt uv & the other is led. I’m on veg week 5 of all 3.

Slow growth?The growth of this lady seems to be very slowly. Could it be related to the soil mix (buffered coco coir 40%, soil 35%, perlite 10%, bokashi 13%, bat guano 2%) that I´m using? Is it recommendable to transplant her to a new soil media? She is with a pink kush also with slow grow
