Hey there, gardener! I haven't seen a forum on the site, but you can leave comments pretty much everywhere, so I think you can interact with others. However, it's true that on a forum, you can find tutorials more quickly, and we can talk about something without necessarily showing what we're growing or just a few photos. I really like forums because you can immediately see the pros and cons, and I like this site because you can quickly see what works and what doesn't, so we can copy what works. I like your idea of a small budget, good luck!
