Spots/holes on leaves?

This plant was originally stunted (possible VPD issue, nutrient burn from transferring to too hot of soil too early, etc). Not sure what could be causing these spots (new grower).
Wk2 flower, fox farms big bloom, 6.2-6.4 ph ro water, par around 800-900. 80 deg, 55 rh day temp

Reveg/Budding issueWhat is my plant doing? the days are almost 15 hours long so I don't understand why it's budding still, I expected it to reveg by now but no sign of rounded single leaves still. The days are getting longer not shorter, end of next month is when the days start getting shorter.

Stunted plant - Leaves are blotchy and wrinkly - Problem identificationMy stunted plant is recovering i guess, looking better than a week ago and is growing bigger slowly, but the problem has to be identified so i don't make that mistake again. Yellow leaves and Spotting2 part question. First I am getting a white fuzz that is growing on the sides of my pots. It goes away once the pot has started to dry out. Second, I am getting some yellowing with spots on some of my leaves. I am moving to bigger pots this week. Any Suggestions?
