I would not defoliate at this point 'cos you can easily see through the plant and from my understanding its good to defoliate only when there is lots of leaves and ------you +really feel like the plant is not needing it. I've seen too many diaries with too much defo and you can clearly see how it affected the yields in the end. Even I did too much at some point in my first grow..
It's all up to you to decide but I feel like it would be better to leave them be for now 👌

Walking does it with cutting off, of course, but it is not as stress-free as described below

Hey :-) I would only defoliate at the bottom, I never take leaves from above because they are the basis for the buds to the light :-) If at all I would bind the leaves down or up but not cut them off

Should I cut fan leaves (autoflowering)?I have this Dinafem auto (first grow ever). A friend told me to cut all the fan leaves and bottom branches. His claim is that the buds that these branches yield are too small and it is more productive to make the plant focus its energy on the top buds. What do you think? Thanks!

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
