I've been taking tons macro shots and I've noticed there are some small white dots in the leaves (especially young ones) that look like small trichomes but I don't think they are that. I wonder, what are they? And what's the most accurate and/or scientific name for those dots?

Don't worry this can be strain type, just observe other plants of the same strain and see if it's so or not. The plants look very healthy, congratulations and good luck until the end ๐Ÿ˜‰
