Yes, usually do it at the flip and at day 21 in flower after the stretch. Happy Growing!!!

Currently i am driving my lights by approximately 150w and 10000lx and a distance about 90cm/35in at the middle of the canopy.
What should do when switching?
Should i drive the 150w for 2 more weeks or should i turn them to full power?Week 12
