More than likely caused by ph imbalance. Check ur ph and get it balanced. I also notice what could be spider mite damage and potentially live mites. Also in pic 3 the white powdery patch in the top left corner is alarming what are ur humidity and temp levels like dont want an onset of fungal infection. I'd definitely be hitting that leaf with a micro scope to make sure ur clear of pests.

Maybe "Trace Elements" deficiency or something causing a lockout of those.
"Trace Elements" - boron, manganese, zinc and iron all have interveinal chlorosis symtoms. My guess - Boron has that type of interveinal necrosis. Is that leaf thicker? brittle?
Good ferilizer should contain trace elements. Check label. Dial back fertilization, if you have good ferilizer. Stick to water-only for a day or two. Should calm things down, if beginnings of lockout.

Hey buddy :-) How high is your ec? and did you look at animals with a microscope? especially on the underside of the sheet. Your plant looks great 😍👌 Don't worry too much as long as it doesn't occur everywhere.

Yellow spots on leaves in veg stageI've got 15 days old Opium plant, about a week ago I noticed yellow spots on lower leaves.
Substrate is Plagron Growmix, I believe it has optimal PH, I plant is watered once in 3 days with 6.5 PH-ed water. Now the spots have gone upwards also. Please help, what could be wrong?

Discoloration 3 weeks into floweringDay 51 of my grow I'm starting to see some discoloration on otherwise healthy plant and I'm getting concerned. Most of the leaves of the plant are near the top. I follow the table, there were no problems on my first try.. should i stop nutrients? I always mix the water in a bucket, so I can't spoil it either, because most of the plants are healthy, ph 5.5 is always between 5-7!
