Strange yellow spot on a leaf

not just a blemish, but could be nothing of concern too. tip burn is likely nutrient related - k or p or both i forget. if a young plant, it may not even notice in a week with more robust roots. just make sure it doesn't expand.

If it's only on a single leaf, I wouldn't to much about it. Especially on older growth. Could be mutiple different factors. If you see it start appearing on alot of new growth then you have an issue. Could be anything to nute def. A scratch or dmg when moving or handling the plant. Or it's just using up the nutes and starting to self prune those large leaves.
