Lo recomendable es no defoliar atomaticas. Pero no se ven muy peladas. Sigue adelante con tu grow .

1st thing 1st.. while autos are in pre flower u really shouldn't touch them. Some ppl sat at all. But, once the pre flower stage is over from 15-21 days. (You'll know once the stretch stops but even then, you should wait a few days) I have a good link on defoliation for autos. I'll try find it for you. But, when you do again defol, as you haven't taken taken much from what I can see. So you aren't in trouble . Lots of fan leafs attached in all the right places. But when you do. You want to make sure on each node to leave a set or 2 if they not light blocking and also at the end of your line, where there's no more bud sites below try leave them also.. and all fan leafs in between are fair game, (leaf tuck where possible). Then once you have good visibility LST that to show what's there after the pre flower, (your bud sites) to the light. And again. Make sure to leave enough fan leafs at the top. More so than you would with a fem. As autos have such a quick turn around the leafs really are key.. and they'll be the 1st to show you signs of marco defs/toxs NPK, CAL/MAG and a few others. Happy growing

Well, to be 100% honest you shouldn't defoliate autoflowers, as zookeeper says they need time for recovery but also that takes time away from productive growth and with autoflowers they're on a clock and taking time away from good growth isn't a good idea...I wouldn't do it again if you were you just my 2 cents, to help with recovery give them some Epson salt 1 tsp per L of ph'd water...Good luck they look good so far...

After a heavy defoliation the plants need time to recover. To help with the stress of the defoliation you can give them a feeding of Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt).
