Tiny white invaders...

I have tiny white bugs jumping on the soil..they are hundreds and so small I can't take a picture...they are only on the soil,not on the plants...they are jumping like crazy...what could they be?

Hey buddy :-) are you sure that they don't plant at all? I only know wise flies, but they look similar to beetles, but they don't just stay on the ground, they also bounce on the underside of the leaf. Look at the leaves with a microscope :-)
